The 1 star reviews are all accurate. Whoever owns this place does not train the staff properly. The table have not been wiped in ages and the girl put my cup facing down on the dirty counter when she gave it to me. The ice form the pop machine is broken. The back counters have things all over them and the toppings for the burgers look disgusting. I couldn't put anything in my burger because it all looked brown and mushy.
Before taking my order they took out the garbage. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't wash their hands before actually making my food.
If you look all the positive reviews are just about how nice the staff are there. That might be true, but the ownership does not know how to operate a restaurant to any kind of standard. Will never be back.

I worked at Harvey’s for 3 years when I was younger, and the standards held at this location are terrible. And I’ve been to other locations that are great. The worst part is the customer service. There’s been many times where nobody has come to take my order for over a few minutes. Today, I placed my order on the app, and waited almost 10 minutes in the mobile pick up spot for someone to acknowledge me. Then they ended up making my burgers for someone else, so I had to wait even longer for them to remake my order.
I’ll be back at Harvey’s, but not at this location.

Love this location! Had great experience with the manager and a young staff from grade 11! They are very good at providing great customer service and give us great experience! Will recommend this location to everyone.

Came in for a burger on April 29th at 11:40 am.
The young gentleman that was working was on his own and did a wonderful job. There were a few customers abd he stayed organized and kept a smile on his face. Please pass along my appreciation.

I’ve never been so turned off going into a fast food restaurant. The guy behind the counter who did the orders wore a hairnet, which was great but a girl with black hair and curls in the front of her hair did not wear one. Neither did an older woman with blonde hair. Her hair was up in a hair Clip with no hairnet. So gross and pretty sure that’s against policy when they’re working with food.
This location has terrible service and management. They won't even take your order and leave you waiting at the cash 5-10mins because they want to finish the 1-2 orders ahead. More worried about their wait time stats on the computer than the actual people waiting in line. My 3 year old son had to use the washroom while waiting in line, when it was my turn I asked if can place the order so I can take him to the washroom, they told me no and to take him and come back even though there was a big line behind me. This was not the first time they left me waiting at the cash to simply place my order. The lady in front of me today told me she was waiting literally over 5 minutes to place her order. Poor management as this is either a understaffed issue or just bad customer service training.

the lady at the front office told me i smelt bad and it really hurt my feelings and she didnt give me enough pickles and she also told me she would like to tickle my pickle:( its very concerning im gonna get you all Fired!!! 😡
