Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax

Rooms were clean. A bit noisy and we were expecting better commodities for the price. we were expecting more than cheap tissues and toilet paper, all disposable cups and glasses. Coffee was less than ok

This was s great location. The water pressure was low and my AC wasn't great. The front desk let me use a fan and it was fine.

The hotel is in a good location close to the highway for travelers like us. The room was clean and what we expected. Only thing was the AC unit had a hard time keeping the room cool through the night. Also the management is knowledgeable and seems to know what’s going on, but the newer staff could use better training. Didn’t know where to find plastic utensils, didn’t try to look, and said they didn’t have any…there was a bunch around the corner by the snack area.

I had a great one night stay with my mom. The beds were comfortable as was the bedding. The rooms were nice. As well, when I asked for cutlery for food we brought, they gave us plastic cutlery instead of the wooden spoons/forks which was very much appreciated.

The only draw back was the pillows not being super comfortable. They were very flat and not fluffy. But that's a minor detail. The staff was friendly any time we encountered them and they were helpful.

Definitely worth the money.

Rooms are very clean. Staff are excellent. I will definitely choose staying at a Hilton hotel again.

Breakfast was amazing!

Alita was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service was above and beyond all expectations! I will absolutely recommend this location to anyone! Thank you so much for the great service!

Check in was easy and we were able to get a room an hour before official check in. Location for us was perfect - right off the highway. Rooms are just ok. Windows do not open so we were stuck with some musty recirculated air. Bed was comfy tho.

Stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn with my wife for work trip in Ajax, i stay at a lot of Garden Inn's since i travel a lot for work and they are normally very good but this was the worst.

Loud chirping noise from a Smoke/Co2 Detector went off twice at 2 am
Very loud Plumbing water pressure noise at 3:30 am and 4:15 am
But to take the cake, random yelling in foreign language as fist fight erupted between 2 men in our floor at 6:00 am just when i finally was getting a few min of sleep

No sleep and 224$ later thrown in the trash,here we are....

Rooms are very nice and solid service but the restaurant is very expensive but service is kinda lacking pool is nice but you can see the age. Side note hallways
were very loud at nice

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Aziz was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with a quiet room, extra pillows, pool towels, and a late check-out.

The room was very clean, well equipped (mini fridge and large microwave), and impressively quiet despite facing the highway. The mattress was super comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the bath products were excellent quality. The saltwater pool and hot tub were also a nice bonus.

The only downside were the pillows, which were much too soft for our liking and made it difficult to stay asleep.

Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, just with my own pillow next time!

Our family stayed here. The kids were excited about the pool and my wife and I about the hot tub, especially because our room was right across from it for easy access, unfortunately the pool and hot tub was closed during our stay, we were able to go to a neighboring hotel for a swim but it we had to drive over in a snowstorm and our key didn't allow us into the pool so we had to wait for someone to let us in, we plan our stays at hotels based on pools and hot tubs so we were disappointed, the room was fine, bit of a musty smell. Beds were comfortable but the TV did not have premium channels like HBO stated in there listing. We asked for a breakfast voucher for the pool being closed but we were declined, we recieved 3 free cans of Iced tea instead, nice enough staff but didn't go above and beyond.

I was visiting the area for a quick getaway from March 14 to March 17, and I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer at the front desk. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and very informative. More importantly, she went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We had originally booked a king room, but she generously upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost, simply because availability allowed it. She also accommodated an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The entire staff is friendly, but Jennifer truly stands out and is a level above. I sincerely hope you get the chance to be assisted by her.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how well soundproofed the rooms are. There were many kids staying at the hotel for a hockey tournament, but despite that, it was incredibly quiet we barely heard any noise or disturbances.

I highly recommend this hotel there’s also a beautiful restaurant downstairs with great food and a very warm atmosphere.
