Room was fine. The pool and hot tub was out of service on the second day because "a lot of people were using it" which seems to me the point of the amenity. This was frustrating because we stayed with our two children and the pool was why we booked this location. We were also charged $5 for water we didn't drink, which I had to call and have them remove. Overall it was fine but wouldn't recommend. Not the best customer service either.

Clean, close to the 401, front entrance is open and bright. Loved how they almost always had fruit flavoured water in the entrance. They gave us a late checkout, but didn’t communicate this to room service. Would stay here again.

The night time staff is great! But the morning staff is very unwelcoming. I wish they could clean the bathrooms better, I don’t want to see someone else’s hair in my shower… I felt more welcomed in the restaurant, the girls in there were very friendly

The room was fantastic!! Only suggestion I have is that there was a lot wasted space . Kitchen could've been larger. Pool and spa was great and clean. I loved it.. I will definitely be back !!Rooms: Very clean pretty good layout .

Great access to highway, stayed there just last week. Overall room was run down however we got there late and were staying for a night so did not fuss too much. The washroom was in really bad shape the shower curtain was all torn n dirty. Air conditioner was noisy, lights were not working when we got in and had to call for service. Even as HH gold member this is what we got - it was not a cheap king room. Was not very pleased. Front desk during checkout was very helpful. Breakfast is okay on site. Parking was free.Rooms: They need to bring the rooms to Hilton status. Not up to the mark and expectations.Nearby activities: Close to highway.Food & drinks: Breakfast options are okay. Service is good.

from the time we stepped into lobby it was welcoming, our room was very very clean the whole stay, the dinner was excellant, the breakfast was excellant, and getting taxi was easy and prompt, it was very cold, with cold wind when we were there and the only thing that would have been an extra was a tented smoking area for me with the habit lol, i have nothing but good review for this hotel, pool was clean, hot tub great, staff very helpful, restaurant staff excellant......with cold snap and wind this had everything we needed, no need to go anywhere else....thank you, fm lp vancouverRooms: very very cleanFood & drinks: excellant
