First time here, came at 2:30pm Friday afternoon, I am the only customer. I ordered a oolong milk tea, large for $6.25. it's has absolutely no tea flavor. Although I can see she steep the tea leaves. Either it's not good quality tea leaves or not enough, whatever the reason, it has no tea flavor. The drink is just milky white.

September 16, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We made another visit to Ice Babo during our 21-kilometer bike ride, and as fate would have it, our favorite bubble tea spot was right at our halfway point. This time, I decided to give the Mango Grapefruit GT with pearls a try, following a staff recommendation based on the flavors I was craving. Once again, it did not disappoint!
My partner opted for the Mango Juice with coconut jelly and pearls, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We also appreciated that they let us bring our bikes in for safekeeping while we placed our orders.

It marked my first venture into trying grass jelly and pudding, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the combination. If you're in the mood to experiment with something different, I highly recommend giving this selection a try. My son, on the other hand, opted for the Coconut Milk Tea, and it was equally well-received, making it a definite winner.

The staff is incredibly friendly and provided us with some excellent recommendations. The drinks they serve are absolutely delicious. Personally, I couldn't resist ordering the Mango Smoothie with pearls on both visits, and my son tried the brown sugar milk tea with pearls.
While waiting for your drinks to be prepared, you can also try your luck on their claw machine for a chance to win a stuffed toy. If you're in the area, I highly recommend making a stop here. It has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a refreshing drink.
Just keep in mind that the accessibility door opener is currently not functional, but the staff at the establishment are more than willing to assist if needed.

We had a wonderful time eating at Icey Bubbles, the desserts taste incredible. They have a fun environment to relax at and the customer service is amazing. We highly recommend coming here!

I went in to the store yesterday to purchase some egg waffles on the stick and when I brought them home, I realized the outside was baked but the inside wasn’t. You could taste the batter. We had to throw it all out. Very disappointed as it smelled so good and probably would have tasted good if it was baked throughout.
The service was pleasant and the bubble tea was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the waffles were not what had hoped for the texture and flavour wasn't quite right, and I've definitely had superior waffles before. The environment was acceptable, but the loud music coming from the adjacent F45 studio was disturbing.

Amazing Treats and Great Atmosphere! This is a very good place to get a tasty drink and sweet dessert. My brother and I were able to grab custom rolled ice creams, which were amazing! We also tried a matcha waffle and a brown sugar milk tea—both were delicious. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the service was great. Thank you!

I tried this place using a service called TooGoodToGo, where it is meant for businesses to not waste food and offer the app users to pick up food at a discount and the business in turn gets to recoup the costs of the items while not putting it to waste.
This place uses the service to make money off of people and as a revenue stream. They claimed to offer $25 worth of food for $9 but I was bamboozled. I got two small and one large tea when I got there where they started to make them when I said I was there for pick-up. This meant it wasn't food that they had prepared and had to use the service to sell, rather, they just made regular stuff they would've sold to anyone with stock they already have.
If you are the owner reading this, get off TooGoodToGo. Sell your teas or do promos on your own. Don't tarnish TooGoodToGo and scam people.
