Absolutely amazing selection, the young woman in there I think her name was Julianna was very welcoming, and was personable. Definitely a Greta local spot! Probably getting a float next time I go.

We had a fantastic experience at Ice Cream Squad! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. What really stood out was that they let my son sample the ice cream before choosing his flavour — something he’s never been able to do before, and it made his day! He was so excited to try before buying, and it really added to the fun.
The scoop sizes are generous — even just one scoop was huge (as you can see in the photo)! The quality and flavour were amazing too. We’re so glad we found this place and will definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great ice cream and warm, friendly service!

It was a hidden but amazing mom n pop shop, the owner is very outgoing, he took me through all the ice creams they had to offer and showed me which ones were popular. I got the Mango ice cream and the Muskoka Mocha flavored ice cream which were both amazing, I especially liked the chocolate fishes that were in the Muskoka it went well with the coffee flavour. He told me that his wife wrote out the items on the board and his daughter drew all the items that were on the board and I thought that it was so cute. For sure, next time, when I come back I will definitely get the Mango Milkshake.

Changing my review. This place is never opened. Checked Google and says it's open weekends only, so we drove down as Google said it closes at 8pm. We got there for 730pm, it's closed.
Ice cream is great, but the customer service is even better!!! Kudos to you all for being the nicest people around! Will be back!
