We were really excited to check out this spot. We ordered some milkshakes and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. For the price we paid, we were quite disappointed as it tasted like an average milkshake. Some of their flavours listed on their website were not offered in the actual store. The staff however, was very nice and provided great customer service.

We brought our little friend for ice cream on his birthday and Kaushi made our experience so amazing! Not only is she adorable and sweet, she's got unique flavours like grape nut, rum & raisin and tiger tail and as we got talking, we realized that the other two of us there share a birthday with HER!!!A serendipitous encounter, and absolutely delicious ice cream!!! Great Food, Great People. Met one of the owners Nithan, and his mother in law. She was friendly and smiling before we even opened the door. Also…GRAPENUT!! If you know, YOU KNOW! This is probably the most elusive flavour to find and hasn’t been in grocery stores for over 20 years. So glad I found this place! Definitely going back.

I visited this place with 3 of my friends for the first time today. The ice cream itself was amazing, better than many of the popular ice cream recommendations I’ve tried. However, what put this experience over the top was the customer service. The owner was very kind and made the visit very wholesome.

Huge portions for the price, this was supposed to be "two scoops." The time in my photo I assume it was the owner that served us, super friendly and welcoming guy! Encouraged us to try samples, gave recommendations and very knowledgeable even about the history of some of the flavors.Went again recently and it was a young woman who was also super friendly with just as great service! We're a bit far from this shop but if we're ever in the area we stop by, highly recommend them!

We stopped by last minute last night just before they were closing and even though it was late and we were the very last customers, we were welcomed with warm and genuine smiles and exceptional customer service. It's so refreshing to feel your business is valued as a customer. Delicious ice cream, very fair prices and huge portions! Definitely worth a visit

Friendly service and large portions of kawartha icecream made this a good place to stop. Only down side is that it is in a bit of a tough neighborhood. However it's a great little shop.
