I’ve been meaning to post a review about the Ajax location for a while now, but I finally have waited long enough. I visited the Ajax location on July 11, 2025. I went to purchase one combo and two piece chicken drumsticks. This was my first time at this location as I have tried other locations and enjoyed the food a lot, so I was really excited about having a location very close to home. When I initially got there at 7:36pm, I pulled directly into the drive-thru, which was completely empty and placed my order. I was then asked to wait in the parking lot and a server would bring me my order. When I initially got into the parking lot, there was one other car that was waiting for their order. As I continued to wait more cars kept pulling into the parking lot to wait for their orders. Time kept progressing, and I started to notice that the cars that came after me received their orders and continued to drive away. At this point, a total of 30 minutes had accumulated and I was still waiting for my order. A minute later, at 8:07pm the server came out with my order. Waiting 30 minutes for a drive-thru order is absolutely insane to me, I have never waited this long for any order and having to watch cars place orders after me as well as customers go into purchase their orders and leave before I received mine was even more frustrating. I immediately filled out a review after coming home and eating my meal, which was delicious however the wait for it was bizarre. I placed my review of my experience with the company and an email was sent to me saying that someone would reach out to me to discuss this experience. However, weeks have gone by and not a single person has contacted me about this. At the end of the day, I’m not looking for anything, I just think that they need to work on their customer service and put more care into their customers. As of right now, I will not recommend this location to any person, and I will definitely not be coming back.
Edit: I also do not appreciate the copy and pasted apology from Jollibee when I’ve already reached out to them about my experience through this link prior and nothing was done on their end so really this response from them below is useless.

Awesome experience at Jollibee. Steffen made our new Angus Burgers. The sauce was delicious and the burger very moist and juicy…. Will surely come back for more. Thanks Steffen, staff and supervisor very welcoming and friendly.

I keep seeing and hearing that jollibee won best fried chicken 2 years in a row in north America. Im not sure who's conducting the test but it for sure wins every test I've personally conducted. The chicken and spaghetti platter is my go to for potlucks and its always a surprising favorite. They even give you plates and silverware. Only con is the price, definitely on the upper end but it consistently tastes great. Staff is always nice and the facility is always clean

Use to be great, now drive thru, order taken, get a number hat to wait for the food, finally after 15 mins food comes out, super excited … food is…. Cold fries, cold chicken sandwich and even the chicken (2piece was cold) not sure why we had to wait 15 mins for cold food.. even the coleslaw should have been cold, but…. They didn’t put it in the bag… disappointed!!!

I visit this Jollibee location once or twice a week with my wife, and it never disappoints. The service is always friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone craving great fast food with a unique twist!

Staff is amazing, restaurant is clean and the food is vastly different and such a good change from other fast food chicken places. Can get really busy depending on time of day but the food is tasty and fresh. The chicken pieces don't have those little winglets which is nice, chicken burger has a big piece for chicken and the yumburger lives up to the hype.
We live in Ottawa and we were pressed for time so we did a drive thru. When we opened the bags, we noticed the chicken burgers weren’t there. We ordered a lot of items and they missed 2 items that were my kids’s orders. It would not have been a big deal if it weren’t my kids’s orders. I hope this improves your service. Please check everything on the receipt before releasing to the clients. On the receipt, it said Mich was the one who served us.
