The service took its sweet time – The staff could’ve been a smidge more attentive, but hey, nobody’s perfect.

The food? Solid. That pineapple quencher is pure sunshine in a glass. and whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the mango peach pie. It’s not just awesome; it’s borderline life-changing. Worth every relaxed minute

Dined in around 1:30 pm on Dec 27. Two major issues. First, it was very cold inside. Everybody was wearing their winter coats. No heat in the dining area. Secondly, the service was incredibly slow. No exaggeration, we waited at least 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, fries, and a drink. The food, when we finally got it, was ok, but nothing special. The chicken sandwiches at A&W or Chick-fil-A are much better. It was my first visit to Jollibee, and will probably be my last.

Terrible customer service is a recurring theme at this location. Even when you make an online order to pick up at a later time, you are still waiting at least 30-45 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready.

I ordered lunch and it took 25mins waiting in store for one chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes that I am sure are pre made, 4 people ordered after me and received there orders before me, when I asked at the cou ter she said they were waiting on my chicken, then relized how long I waited and gave me a pie with purple goo in it was disgusting! It was my first time there and they were not busy in house at the time. I won't return.

Just went for takeout lunch. Spicy chicken sandwich and pineapple drinks are really good. Fries are under seasoned, coleslaw is just bagged salad with dressing. 20 minute wait for takeout. No napkin or fork in takeout bag.

Ordered the spaghetti and 2 piece chicken combo yesterday with adobo rice. This was the most vile food I have ever received. Let’s start with the spaghetti. There was about a table spoon worth of sauce and the noodles were mushy. The chicken, although I understand that dark meat can look sus sometimes, this was undercooked. We put it in the air fryer and even after 5 minutes on 400F the chicken was temping at 149. Chicken is cooked with the internal temperature of 171. Not 165. 165 is pork, beef and seafood. The veins and blood line on the chicken were all still very bloody looking. The chicken was pure fat. Not even a dog would eat it. Trust me, we tried to see if our dog would eat it, since she eats anything, but she turned her nose to it. The adobo rice that we paid 2 dollars extra for…it was sticky, mushy and tasted like it was made last week. I am a kitchen manager at a very popular restaurant in Durham. If I ever let food like that leave my kitchen, I would resign. With how expensive take out is these days, as restaurant workers, the least we could do is make sure people are getting decent food that they are spending their hard earned money on. It’s such a disappointment. We used to order often, but the last few orders have just been worse and worse and now it has lead me to leave a bad review which I hate to do. But when the food is THAT bad, I gotta let the people know so that maybe they will take it serious and order elsewhere. Put your money towards restaurants that stay consistent and care. Order from places that take care of every customer who dines with them. Not on inconsistent, poor quality, garbage like this Ajax location Jollibees. Save yourself from getting food poisoning and diarrhea.
Jollibees, you have some serious work to do on n your food quality. Don’t take this lightly. You’re not inexpensive so take care of your customers and do the right thing. Shame on you
