I paid $18 for a butter chicken, and there were only five small pieces of chicken. It was the worst portion size and flavor for the price paid. I'm feeling very disappointed.

The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The manager or the owner even came up to us while we were eating to ask how is everything going? He also reminded us that the food will be free if you don’t like how it is in my personal opinion, other places they offer free salad salad dressing.

We loved the service. The owner is amazing and all the servers were so good. We spent a lot of time and ate yummy food almost till they closed but no one said anything

We bought kheer on 28 july, 2025 at 1:00am. The kheer was fermented and tastes awful. Which means they are selling expired food. We took it back to reception and she changed it for ras malai. Which was also very low quality desert. We also bought chai(tea) which was very watery and tasted like hot water. Will definitely avoid karahi point next time and warn my friends as well about this unhygienic place.

Karahi point have loyalty points system. I confirmed over the phone that I can redeem my points at any location including Ajax.
Apparently I cannot redeem, even though I redeemed at North York location recently.
Have more than enough points.
Waiting for head office to resolve this.
