Natalia was an attentive server. The calamari was grossly over cooked. I am actually surprised they even served it! Was deep brown and harder than shoe leather. Natalia brought it back to the kitchen and they gave us a properly cooked appetizer with an apology for the longer wait. An inconvenience truth.

Tonight dining experience was totally trash!!! Our food was cold, my dad & my food came out so late, so cold, by the time the flagged someone down the food was so cold it wasn't even worth saving it. Terrible experience would never be back!

We got our normal waitress who always is pleasant and great service. Food was fresh n hot. Wing appetizer was delicious. If you love burgers they are fresh double thin burgers with all topping and fresh cut fries are delicious. Happy hour drinks from 8pm are a nice option with good selection. Only reason I gave ambiance a low star they must improve the heating in sitting in the bar area. It is not comfortable when it's cold as you get the draft every time someone opens the door. This spoils your experience as not comfortable.

Ordered a medium steak, but it came over cooked. Baked potato was very salty, didn't eat it. Apps and drinks were delicious!

By far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had!
Me and my family were hoping to have a nice dinner on this Saturday evening. Keep in mind the dining room was not busy.
1. We sat down and waited 30 mins with no water or greeting from our server. We purposely had to tell the host to get our server.
2. thankfully our appetizers came out at a decent time, but sadly we were not given our drinks or even water. Once again we had to tell a staff member for our drinks.
3. 45 mins after, we looked at our phones wondering how long it takes to cook our entrees. We realized 2 hours had passed and no haven’t seen our server since she handed us our appetizers.
4. I ended up going to the cashier and asking for a manager. At that very moment, our server came by with our food. This is unacceptable, waiting for our entrees after 2 hours! We lost our appetite and ended up asking our server to pack most of our food to go.
5. The server didn’t even bother to acknowledge us till we complaint to her to do something about this . Right after she decided to gift us a complimentary dessert. Was this nice? Sure but once again we had to wait another 30 mins for the bill and dessert.
For those thinking about coming here, Youll regret it. Better go spend a nice dinner somewhere else that gives you proper service.

Arrived @ 7:15 ish. Waited for maybe 5 mins the front for hostess. Got seated promptly, waited 15-20 minutes for a server, we had to ask the hostess. No waters, no hello. Sally finally came by with a smile and apologized for the wait, she promptly took our order but now we waited for almost 45 minutes to get our food. We had to ask for a manager to voice our frustration. Nobody should be waiting 50 for chicken wings & a burger. We finally got our food at like 8:50. They said that the party table was the reason for the long wait, but still should not be that long. There was never a time where anybody told us sorry the kitchen is backed up. Very nice lady with a smile but the service in general needs a lot of work. Sally was great and accommodating.
