Staff were great, restaurant was clean, but the food was bad. It really didn’t taste like KFC, which is concerning. The chicken was overcooked, the fries were oddly sweet, and the gravy was even more bland than I recall. Writing this review so people don’t waste their money here as KFC isn’t cheap.

Terrible customer service I was not given my complete order late Saturday night just before they closed, I called back to let them know the manager on shift told me to come back tomorrow and he would give me what was missed as long as I came back to pick it up. At the drive thru window I was met with the same disregard for customer service as all I was provided with was what I paid for and no compensation for me to drive back to pick up what I rightfully paid for, this place is a joke good riddance to this disrespectful place.

One of those things that you get a craving for every few years, then you regret eating for another few years. Seems far too expensive for what you get. Went to 2 different stores, first one was full of people in front of me complaining. After 10 minutes of that, I left. Went somewhere else. Should have just gone home. Ah well, I know I'll fall for it again in another 5 years...

It's one of the restaurants that has very small chicken pieces , dried tasting. There are a few KFC that still cook full size wings and breasts that haven't been split in order to make 1 piece into 2 pieces !Still missing the green, minced coleslaw they used to have which was proprietary to KFC and was the best you could get for coleslaw anywhere! Why do companies sacrifice what they do best in order to offer you what every other company has????? Bad business.

The staff was very friendly and helpful here. The food was fresh, we got the tuesday 2 piece special, with a fries supreme, and a taco. This was the first time in years I ever got a taco and fries supreme that was properly made. They weren't stingy with the toppings and the fries was fresh. The chicken was fresh and not oily like the other locations. I will come back here again. Thanks for thr great service

Got sick from eating this order posted in the photo below. The lady at the counter helped me and refunded me but am currently writing this review sick. My food tasted HORRIBLE of odd chemicals and tasted like old cold oil. The skin on the chicken was insanely hard and almost burnt. The actual chicken/meat was completely dry but yet tasted raw. It seems chicken was sitting for who knows how long and was reheated in cold oil as my food was actually cold when I opened it to eat a bite quick in my driveway before going inside, as I realized it was rancid and bad I tried one fry before confirming and drove all the way back to get my refund and return the food. I’ve eaten at this location for 20 years and have never had this issue. I’m unsure of what happened only today but as I am currently very sick a couple hours after eating this meal I’m writing this review. Both the locations in Ajax also have the same issues/reviews. Be careful.
