Tried Smash Burger today! OMGGGGG SO TASTY!!! for the price it’s damn good deal with sautéed mushrooms and melted double cheese!! Server Sarah and Chef Raj rocking the place 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This place looks run down and dirty. We came with 2 adults and 2 kids.
-There was only 1 worker for all tables (there were only 3 tables of 2 people and one large party of 8 or so.
-The server took forever to come take our orders.
-The markers she brought for the kids' colouring were mostly dried
-the food took a long time to arrive

Pros:
-the server was very nice and did the best she could
-the food was excellent and fresh
-the pancakes are absolutely delicious
-they have arcade style games like fooseball (you did coins for that one)
-for 2 adults and 3 kids, the bill came to $60 with tax and tip

Ordered some wings from here around 9:30am this morning because they were pretty much the only resto that has a full menu at this time... Boy oh Boy, They were fresh, crispy, hot.... Just perfect in every way.. Honestly this place might become my new go-to! Can't believe I've never came here before... Big shoutout to the chef 🫡

Tried the cheese omelette at King’s Castle Bar & Grill in Ajax—delicious and unique! It was cheesy, fluffy, and topped with fresh strawberries, which surprisingly worked really well. Great portion, fast service, and friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

We recently visited this restaurant with a party of 26, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Organizing a group of this size can be a challenge, but Sarah handled it with humour, professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. The food was outstanding—every dish was flavorful, and served in generous portions that left everyone more than satisfied. Whether it was appetizers, mains, or desserts, the quality and taste were consistently excellent across the board. What truly stood out was the service. Despite the size of our group, Sarah was attentive, friendly, and incredibly organized. Orders came out promptly and correctly, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and happy throughout the meal. To top it all off, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and the quality of both food and service. It’s rare to find a place that delivers so well on all fronts, especially for large gatherings. Highly recommended for both small dinners and big celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was horrible missing ingredients on the nachos No buns or cheese on a Philly cheese steak meal Waited 45 mins for nothing Will not ever come back People at the other table returned their salad and other portions of their meal After we complained they still charged for some of the food

I ordered 2 orders of nachos and a Philly cheese steak ,waited almost an hour for the food ,half the ingredients were missing on the nachos ,45 minutes later we we told they didn't have a bun for the Philly, the dish came in a bowl without cheese .The cook should be fired ,there were people who we knew also in the restaurant and their salads were un edible

The worst experience. Ordered pasta was told my total went to the location to pick up and the back made a mistake. The chef refused to remake the order and wanted to charge $6 extra after everything was paid for. We had modifications to the order and the server said the chef said because we changed the base of the sauce to Alfredo there was a $6 charge. That the chef had made the food but forgot to add the toppings??? This was 45 mins after the food was made and we were told it would be done it 20 mins. Had to get a refund and leave. This is really disappointing as we drove a distance, paid, waited and left empty handed. Would never return. Mind you the girl working in the front Juila was amazing and so kind she kept apologizing for what had happened.

Its a chill place with its own charm. Food is great. Drinks are basic and staff are amazing. Its a great place to come for some quiet conversations or a game of pool with friends. It has a sports bar vibe but ive never seen it packed. Im usually in on Wednesdays for darts, it may be a different story over a weekend. Julia is amazing.

I have been to King Castle a few times now. Great food and good size portions. But today I was there to grab a quick bite and hang out with a friend to chat for a minute.
Well , today I WAS NOT happy with the customer service I received. I don't know the server 's name but she had blonde hair. We had to ask for a drink and she was totally rude when we asked for change for a game to play. Ok , I understand if she didn't have it but she didn't need to be rude about it .We had to ask for a menu that didn't get to us until 10 minutes before I left .So we didn't eat .I was there for 1 1/2 hours . I really didn't appreciate the poor service there today. I traveled to go to your restaurant. Atleast be nice to your customer 's .

Restaurant maybe has 6 customers in it and it took the staff almost 30 min to bring out deep fried pickles. Their buffalo dip is EXTREMELY hot, dosnt taste like buffalo sauce at all, it's also basically inedible because it's so hot and I love hot sauce. No wonder this place has such cheap pricing, the only way they can stay open. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
