I came here on Christmas Day and bought the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups, there wasn’t any issues until today while I was eating mine I bite into something very hard. I took it out to see that it was a rock or something. I’m very disappointed and disgusted as to why am I eating rocks in my food. Won’t ever come here again.

I had a very unpleasant experience after purchasing your Dubai chocolate kunafa. While chewing, I found a hard stone inside the dessert. This was extremely shocking and could have caused serious injury to my teeth or mouth. This experience was very disappointing, especially as food products are expected to be safe and carefully prepared. Finding a stone inside a dessert raises serious quality and hygiene concerns. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

I recently visited this dessert place and ordered two crispy kunafas and two pistachio cakes. While the kunafa was fine, unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with the pistachio cake. I bit into a large stone-like hard object that was hidden inside, which hurt my tooth badly.
I immediately informed the restaurant by phone. Instead of offering a solution or showing proper concern, the girl I spoke to responded with a self-statement, saying that “this is how pistachios come,” followed by an apology. This response was disappointing and felt dismissive. Finding a hard, stone-like object in a dessert is not normal and can seriously injure a customer.
I was actually planning to write a good review about this restaurant, but this incident was very disappointing and left me unhappy. I strongly believe this issue should be taken under serious consideration. Either stricter quality checks need to be implemented, or pistachio desserts should not be served if they cannot be prepared safely. Serving desserts that may contain unsafe pistachio pieces can be harmful to customers’ health.

I’ve visited Ajax Kunafa three times because I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
The first two visits, I ordered the strawberry kunafa cup, but both times I found pistachio shells mixed into the kunafa filling. I mentioned this to the staff during my second visit, hoping it would be addressed.
On my third visit, despite informing them again, I unfortunately found a hair in my dessert, which was extremely unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
I understand mistakes can happen, but repeated quality and cleanliness issues make it hard to trust the food. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their preparation and hygiene standards.

Had a great experience due to Noor & Hayat's exceptional customer service. As soon as we walked in they were extremely kind and welcoming. They gave some great suggestions when we were unsure what to pick and offered us a sample of a new drink which we enjoyed.
