La diperie means to dip in French. This chain would be very disappointed in what it is here. There are zero soft serve so you cannot do any of the dip cones as intended. They had like 3-4 dips available. Manager kept pushing for me to get one of the 12 hard ice screem flavors, no thank you i came here for something specific and you have nothing.

Me my mom and sister were so excited to go because La Diperie downtown and other places is AMAZING. Not this location- I ordered a standard vanilla ice cream with the Belgian Chocolate dip (literally on their poster). They pulled out what tasted like freezer burned with ice clumps Costco or No name brand vanilla ice cream from a tub, pressed it down until the ice cream was in line with the top of the cup (I'm not kidding I have never seen ice cream presented this way, so stingy). The chocolate on top tasted like waxy fake chocolate and nothing like the Belgian dips you get at other La Diperie locations. We thought it might be a fake location/sign? We were shocked at the ice cream being pressed into the cup the way it was- killed the mood for my mom and sister and I bought one because it was already made and I felt bad. Don't ruin your dessert mood here!

Ordered BOGO half dozen cookies on uber eats and cheesecake factory cheesecake. To start off, they only sent 6 cookies when it should have been 12. Then when it came to the cheesecake, it was so old and dry that it was crumbling apart! I always order this cheesecake from the cheesecake factory or ghost kitchens and i have never had this problem. It was definitely spoiled, tasted like old freezer, looked grey and I won’t be surprised if I’m sick after eating a bite of it.

This is located in the Mr. Sub restaurant. It occupies 1/3 of the restaurant. Sharing the seating.The treats themselves are very good. The staff is the same staff from Mr Sub. I experienced very good service.I was disappointed in the atmosphere. I was expecting a dedicated restaurant.

I was looking forward to trying when I saw the deliciousness on the posters. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had a simple order of 2 donuts and a cheesecake slice. It took me explaining my donut order patiently and politely 4 times and took about 15 minutes to ready the 2 donuts. The staff was clearly not very well trained. She had to check the poster on the window several times. When I got it home, I realized she had used nuts instead of maple shavings for my donut and I had to throw it out because we have a nut allergy in our home. The other donut was not tasty at all with barely any dip stuck on. Have not tasted the cheesecake yet but setting my expectations low. I wanted to love it but unfortunately will not go again. However, I will say that the staff was friendly and pleasant. They were just not good at making the donuts.

We got the buy one, get one free of the chef's special cake slices on Ubereats. We were given 4 slices of cake instead of just 2 and they were ALL terrible. Didn't think we'd ever be so disappointed to get free cake, but they were just awful. We took a bite of each cake and had to throw it out. Should've checked reviews before buying.
$21 for two frozen slices of the Cheesecake Factory cakes? Good luck with that.

Made the mistake of not checking the reviews before coming.The La Diperie is inside the Mr. Sub, and the employee is clearly not trained for ice cream. There will be no ‘dipery’ involved in your experience, it’ll be ‘drizzly’, and poorly if you can even call it that. The staff dropped my ice cream into the dip and proceeded to try recover the situation by scooping out disembarked ice cream from the dip and smooshed it onto the top. The rest of the unsalvaged ice cream still lives inside the dip container, left to melt until the next cleaning cycle. I asked for Cheese Cake and got Maple, and for the next person who gets maple, expect to get an addition of soft serve vanilla with your order.Don’t expect to be blown away by the lack lustre customer service and expect to confuse staff with simple orders.It’s unfortunate the experience we had here because we have been to other locations where we were treated amazing, and had beautifully presented, tasty ice cream.
