And even though they have tables available it's a kind of self service location from the cashier. Looks like part of the other side of the restaurant that has much better seating and service. Easy parking.

Very expensive. No menu posted in store that includes prices. Did not get a receipt and was told the price after order was put in. Attend could not understand what I wanted.

The customer service was questionable. The person taking orders didn’t know the menu and despite us reading something in particular to him, and him reading it as well he still wasn’t sure and had to ask for clarification from his boss. Overall, that was fine. But then a shirtless man coming out from the kitchen also made for an awkward experience as we were the only customers in the place. Food was pretty decent but it’s not something I would return for paired with the service.

The burgers are ok. Not the best I’ve had but not the worst. What bugs me is when you order online for a pickup they force you to tip. You can’t check out if you don’t. It’s not customary to tip on pickup orders and I find this requirement distasteful and unethical so won’t go back.
Worst customer service I have ever endured. To the point that the employee was swearing. Safe to say they lost my business for good.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Great prices and I guarantee you won't be able to finish the meal in one sitting, it's huge portions which is rare these days. I highly recommend them ! Banquet burger is amazing, and it's a 1/2 lb burger!

Just tried this spot and HAD to write a review. Durham has a ton of burger places and lately the really popular ones have dropped in quality.Got a banquet burger and it was SO GOOD. Meat is fresh and perfectly charred. The portions were enormous and Gravy was old school and good.I think we found our new burger spot.P.S. to the man working on Sunday night, thank you for being helpful and nice! Service was excellent
