Got here at 9:20 p.m. and they are supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. but the shop was closed. We drove from Whitby and wasted our time and gas. They need to update their hours on Google if they close before 10:00 p.m.

I'm giving a bad review because I'm just disappointed with the customer service. Came yesterday bought a tub from the fridge for 18.99 came back and found out I was over charged because the price is 16.99. They first didn't believe me, then showed the credit card statement and the lady basically said they can't do anything about it. She said if I really wanted the money she'll give me $2 cash like it's charity. I told her I would prefer a price adjustment so it's fair. She said she can't do that and didn't do anything to make my experience positive.
I told her it's the principle that matters. Told her I'm disappointed as I left with the experience and this is being reflected in my review. Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays.

Worst Experience and abysmal customer service - they ruined my little daughter’s birthday!
I went to the Ajax store to order a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, and they told me to order online instead. I did exactly that, paid for it, and got an email confirmation with the pick-up details.
But when I showed up to get the cake, they told me they couldn't find my order because of some "glitch." They didn’t even try to help, just told me to contact their head office. Seriously?
They completely ruined my daughter’s special day. We had no cake for her birthday party, even though I ordered and paid for it well in advance. This place is a joke. Don't trust them with your important events. I’m never going back.
It’s NOT what it used to be. The freezers aren’t kept cold enough anymore, making the ice cream too soft—not the cold and refreshing treat you’re expecting. Shrinkflation is here; the scoops are underwhelming for the price. Just buy a tub of Kawartha Dairy.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly they treated me like crap, I was not felt welcomed or any friendly vibes while being there. They also did not make the food properly and the food tasted like straight milk. Overall, would not recommend or come here again.

This place has only gone downhill. I ordered a double dark chocolate scoop and the ice cream tasted like stale milk. Husband ordered a fudge brownie sundae and brownies were hard as rock and sitting on the bottom of the cup with really bad tasteless vanilla ice cream top with peanut which had a old oily weird taste to it.. dumped icecream outside the store and went to Baskin Robbins .. never coming back
