I normally have a great experience here, but on Wednesday the lady working had kept open all of the covers over the ice cream, which meant that any condensation was dripping in. Also, I noticed a fly in the low-fat vanilla and let the girl know. Her answer?? “Oh yeah that’s because the covers are open”, and then kept them open after we had finished our order. Fast forward to tonight, Saturday of the same week, I come in again and see the same fly in the exact same spot. The same girl was working, and they were too busy for me to mention anything. Instead of taking the bin out and even just scooping off the top, she chose to keep it after at least one person told her about it, probably more since I was in last.

Good ice cream, but lacks customer service. I wanted to buy the family ice cream bar and the server said that I have to choose from the fridge pre-packed and cannot select my flavors. It just did not seem customer oriented and it feels like they want to get rid of the clients instead of trying to please. Too bad as I love their ice cream.

Today, I visited with my friends for the first time, and the service truly stood out. A kind and attentive girl greeted us warmly, asked if we had been there before, and thoughtfully suggested a few flavors. Her friendly approach and excellent service made our visit memorable. I also loved the place itself—there’s such a wide variety of flavors, and the best part is they don’t charge extra for toppings..Honestly, Marvel Slab is way better than Baskin Robbins. We’ll definitely be coming back

Poor customer service. They could not figure out how to give a child her free birthday cone on their app. Could have easily been resolved by just giving the kid her cone.

One of the main reasons I loved Marble Slab was the custom hand-mixed ice cream, but this location just doesn’t deliver. The staff often don’t properly mix the toppings or blend the flavors — you can clearly see the different ice cream flavors sitting side by side, barely touched. On top of that, toppings are given in tiny, stingy portions, nowhere near the generous amounts I’ve gotten at other locations. Overall, a disappointing experience that doesn’t live up to the Marble Slab name.

Today I visited to Marble Slab …. There was one young girl was working… Her name was Ranjana …Her energy was so positive, and her service was spot on even in a busy day … she recommend me cookie butter ice cream … Literally it was delicious…

I had a great experience thanks to the wonderful customer service from beautiful tall gurl may be her name was ranjana..Even though it was close to closing time, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She didn’t rush the interaction at all and made sure I had everything I needed with a smile. It is very rare to see such genuine care and professionalism, especially at the end of a long shift. Truly appreciated..will definitely visit again
Ice cream was delicious, but management may want to schedule more than one person working during summertime. Nothing against the employee, but only being able to serve one guest at a time makes for a long wait.

This place was really bad. It's very unhygienic. Some of the workers would just mop with water with no cleaning prodcuts. Also, when they clean the backrooms, all the table tops get wiped down with a dirty cloth with just water. Also the boss their is very unfriendly.

I wish I could say that I loved the ice cream here. I used to, years ago,but it seems like the quality went down. A small cone for $8 ugh...and it wasn't even tasty. The cheesecake flavordoesnt tastes like acheescske. I also ordered a birthday cake, forc$40 if was very small and it was nothing special in the looksor flavour.

I want to start off by saying, I order from this location often, and they’re usually really good. However, today - I waited normally while the single worker was taking care of a family ahead of me (5-10mins), then I ordered my usual “Chocolate Birthday Cake with brownie toppings, oreos and gummy bears”. Gummy bears are offered, and I didn’t think to look over the counter to see if they actually are - gummy bears (sweet glossy coat) but today they were gummy worms (sour coat) the poster was not the same as the bucket over the counter. I noticed only when the worker mixed in the gummy worms, and didn’t clarify with me before mixing them in my ice cream.
I get to the cash register and I look at it and I tell the worker my concern. They responded with “I only put 2 in there, you can take them out and throw them in the garbage”. I tried to explain that this was not what I asked for - and the poster was incorrect if you only have sour gummy bears. She said “I don’t know, you told me to put them in”. I explained “I ordered gummy bears, but these gummy worms have citric acid around it and that’s now mixed into my ice cream. This is a $9 order so I’m letting you know you should warn your customers for next time.” She said “okay thanks.”
Anyways, she wasn’t going to give me a new set and didn’t seem like she even cared. I really just wanted a nice ice cream experience, go in then out. This was disappointing. I paid, pulled the gummy worms out if my ice cream, bits of my ice cream were sour in some parts but overall was “fine”. The experience just put a sour taste in my mouth about this location (pun intended).

Went there Saturday, 22 of March 30 mins before close. The closing time on the website was not the same as the actual store time.
Although we came in pretty close to closing time, The lovely lady working there was so amazing, kind and patient. I really hope management takes note of this.
