Probably the best burgers hands down in the gta, it's a shame that on the website it still says they're open, but the phone number isn't active, went to see for myself and they're shut down from what it looks like. Very sad, hopefully they're just renovating or relocating.

My legit burger go to spot after moving to Ajax! You can tell their burgers are hand made, toppings are always fresh and their portions are massive. Best part of coming here is having nice chat with Floyd the owner, awesome guy you’ll ever meet, this trickles down to his staff. Must check out when in north Ajax!

I’ve been to McCoy many time. I always enjoyed the burgers, but this time my burger was not very good. I ordered the Braised Beef Burger combo with gravy. The Burger Bun was completely soggy and the gravy was like jelly and so hot I couldn’t even eat it. I do think I’ll order that burger again.

Definitely one of the best places in Durham to go and grab a burger. The staff was super friendly and nice. I would recommend the chicken burger it was nice a crispy, this place reminds me of Big M’s in Pickering that has been there for 40 plus years. For a good burger I would recommend this place to anyone.

About 2 years ago I gave them 1 star because I went home with raw burgers. I went back today to give them another chance and it looks like they simplified their menu and, the burger was actually really good. I had the Mr. Mccoy combo and liked the fries because of the seasoning they put on it, just they put more of it. Glad I gave it another shot.

If you’re looking for a great customer service & phenomenal burgers this is definitely the place for you. As a proud Canadian I like the fact that all the food was locally sourced and kosher which was an extreme bonus.From the moment that I bit into the burger, I knew I would be back for more.

Late afternoon lunch or early dinner. The smash burger and fresh cut fries were amazing. My lady had the poutine and gravy and curd was amazing. The only drawback was the brown cashier person was a little rude and unfriendly to a few customers when my group was having our food. He needs some coach back! Food was good but the cashier was just not nice!!!

Wow! Had the pleasure of visiting McCoy Burger Company and meeting Mr. McCoy who has been operating his business for 7 years strong. After the spectacular service I was provided with a meal of value, rich in taste and unique. Thank you for the amazing lunch!
Literally the best burger I’ve ever had in my whole life and that means a lot. The staff is super friendly, store is really clean, and the burger was just incredible, you can tell they put a lot of love into your burger because it tastes lovely!

The owner and the workers are awesome. The owner always has an awesome attitude. He is working hard to make this place be successful and I am happy to support a family run business. The burgers are named after his family! I will keep coming back for my McCoy double with jalapenos and peri peri sauce!

This place has the worst customer service you've ever experienced. Their official company website says they close at 9:30pm. Yet if you make an order at 8:30pm they reject because they are closed. They are not closed. They are lazy people who want to go home early. Then they told me I was crazy even though the website for their burger company says we close at 9:30. The owner tried to play me like a fool. Don't go here. EVER. They don't deserve our business. Lazy, self righteous scum work there and McCoys should be ashamed. I just spoke to a manager of the location. He told me that they can close anytime they want and it doesn't matter what it says online. He told me to call Uber eats myself and change the times of operations... for their business. He told me I called him an idiot when I didn't and said I was harassing them for calling within their store hours. Then he banished me from his store. A food serving business, after covid when everyone is failing. Barred a patron to their restaurant in unprecedented times. This restaurant is not a food service business. They are a scam and work whenever they want. I tried to call corporate but they did not offer me a number to call. Apparently there is no one over seeing what franchises are doing. They are ruining the business of a good restaurant. The manager was so hostile he started to scream and shout, at a patron of his restaurant. 10 years ago this would have been uncalled for. I guess today it's ok to be rude at customers and make sure they never come back. 0/10 screw you mccoy burger company.
