Worst McDonald’s in Ajax. The manager doesn’t care - just wants people off the phone. The food is never fresh. Fries always taste disgusting (cold, soggy, old). We often give this location a chance because it’s the closest one to us but disappoints every time. They have everything cooked well in advance and leave it there. We’re still paying customers and this is not right!

All the staff are very polite and patient, and their service is excellent 🌟 The manager, Stephanie, is absolutely amazing – she is very kind, takes time to care for her customers, and is incredibly patient 💛 I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere! 🙌

This location has gone completely downhill. It's absolutely disgusting inside. All 4 garbage bins overflowed, as a result almost every table had food containers and wrappers on them. The floors were filthy, with ketchup packets, wrappers, straws under the tables. Even the kitchen floor where the food was being prepared was strewn with food.
And worse, the staff was just standing around chatting, like as if there was no work to be done. They were oblivious to the mess in their surroundings.
Obviously, management has lost all discipline here. Corporate needs to step in and right this ship.

Service is incredibly slow, and there is no sense of urgency or care from staff. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a coffee. Ordered the new McPops and they are frozen solid and inedible. Not that I'm expecting much from McDonalds, but find another location where people give a damn about their job.
This location is by far the worst! I ordered through doordash and I paid for Hotcakes with sausage along with another hotcakes no sausage. I am missing the sausage in my hotcakes. I’ve called the location about 4 times and they don’t answer the phone. When I called the 5th time explaining the issue the girl on the phone was very rude and disrespectful and had the audacity to say we can’t do nothing about it as if they weren’t the ones who is missing an item from my order! Then while I was trying to speak she continued to cut me off and hang up the phone. Clearly the crew needs to be re-trained and learn customer service because she clearly has none. Absolutely ridiculous! I spend money for something and I don’t even get what I paid for!
