The girl at the 2nd window today (540pm) was pretty rude. The staff kept pushing cars to go park on the side to wait for their food. I counted 4 cars parked and waiting and i would have been the 5th. I know they do this to keep their drive thru time low. And it makes sense if someones got an order thats going to take longer than normal but to push ppl off just cause they cant keep up doesnt feel like the way thats suppose to work. I ordered 1 value meal. Super simple. She asked me to go park I said im in a real rush and is that really necessary for what i order. She got angry, closed the window on me and walked away. My food was ready prob 1-2 mins after that. She open the window reached the bag out, didnt look at me, didnt say i word, immediately closed the window on me. It just seemed unnecessary, its not my fault they are behind. I dont think the customers should be blamed for a problem on their end. I didnt appreciate it.

Classic McDonalds, fast service and hot food. Ordered 10 nuggets and two junior chicken. Everything was quick and easy
i ordered a plain mcdouble they didnt make it plain after i reported it and asked for a plain mcdouble the manager tak lo came over and he was passively aggressive to me and when he got back he started yelling at his employees but i got my mcdouble after like 5 minutes terrible service

My wife ordered a mixed crispy sandwich. They give her a veggie sandwich to top it off. They full of attitude can’t even speak proper English. Don’t even understand English. Very poor service will never go back to this after living in AJAX for 26 years. Sad to see what the country is getting into.

Worst mcdonald’s by far, they are way too slow!!! Employees are super unfriendly there’s this black big lady i was trying to ask a questions and she gave me a look that telling me “dont come or ask” the vibes i got from her same goes to other employee hey if you dont wanna work pls quit the job fast food is not for you, I used to work in fast for 10 years so i know how customer service works and by far worst customer service from her yes you did answer my question but you gave me that look, just quit food taste good, but the way you guys prepared it it gone down, sloppy looks of the burgers too much ketchup in the burger the watermelon splash lime taste nasty tho. Pls fix your customer service inside the kitchen looks like zoo… Is this how you make your wrap? and Cheeseburger Deluxe?? I waited almost 20 mins for my food, and there’s so many employees inside they seems super unfriendly and slow… spend $74 for everything..
