i ordered a plain mcdouble they didnt make it plain after i reported it and asked for a plain mcdouble the manager tak lo came over and he was passively aggressive to me and when he got back he started yelling at his employees but i got my mcdouble after like 5 minutes terrible service

My wife ordered a mixed crispy sandwich. They give her a veggie sandwich to top it off. They full of attitude can’t even speak proper English. Don’t even understand English. Very poor service will never go back to this after living in AJAX for 26 years. Sad to see what the country is getting into.

Worst mcdonald’s by far, they are way too slow!!! Employees are super unfriendly there’s this black big lady i was trying to ask a questions and she gave me a look that telling me “dont come or ask” the vibes i got from her same goes to other employee hey if you dont wanna work pls quit the job fast food is not for you, I used to work in fast for 10 years so i know how customer service works and by far worst customer service from her yes you did answer my question but you gave me that look, just quit food taste good, but the way you guys prepared it it gone down, sloppy looks of the burgers too much ketchup in the burger the watermelon splash lime taste nasty tho. Pls fix your customer service inside the kitchen looks like zoo… Is this how you make your wrap? and Cheeseburger Deluxe?? I waited almost 20 mins for my food, and there’s so many employees inside they seems super unfriendly and slow… spend $74 for everything..

Begging you to stop with the constant “pull to the parking spot” when it’s not busy. Is there any way to avoid it!!?! Mobile ordering doesn’t help.

One of the worst McDonald’s around, they routinely funnel 75% of the drive thru cars to wait in a parking spot. I can see if you order something weird or customized, but otherwise isn’t the point of fast food that they can make it and serve it to you by the time you drive up there? Isn’t McDonald’s the pioneer in designing the 2 window drive thru system that generally works better than anywhere else?
Today my fries were 2/3 full, they didn’t have one of the McPop types I ordered, at the window they asked what other kind I wanted and then gave me 5 instead of 6 anyway, and didn’t give me the smoothie until I asked for it.
I’m going to stop coming to this location.

I hope franchise reads these reviews. Not sure why breakfast sandwiches are offered all day if we receive our food in 20 minutes? We have just ordered our food in 5 minutes, waited to pay another 5 minutes and were told to wait at curb another 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The customer service representative offered a refund with an unfriendly face when we asked her about our order we had been waiting for a decent time where we could sit down in a decent restaurant order and eat. This is fast food and it should be ready in minutes. A simple apology would do when things are wrong. Don’t offer a refund to a customer waiting 20 minutes for simple sandwiches. I am never coming here again.

Took forever and a day to get through the drive through ! Then they asked me to pull ahead and someone would bring my food out ,this also took forever and a day to receive my food. With no apology or smile.
This place has gone down hill fast!
