Adding another review because this place is under ridiculously poor management. Four cars pulled over waiting for the drive-thru. What is it with this place and their inability to run a drive-thru competently? Every damn time we come here we get the “Could you pull over into spot #?” There could be ZERO cars behind us and we still get asked to pull over. Pathetic.

Tons of parking and didn't seem that busy in the afternoon
This location is terrible. I had to wait over 15 extra minutes beyond the original wait time for a simple order. The workers were moving incredibly slow, showing no regard for delivery drivers or customers. This place doesn’t even feel like fast food with how long they take.

I really enjoy the customer service at this location. Vera is so nice all the time! My coffee is hit or miss. Today was really like water and leaked all over the place. I actually almost called the location to complain. Other days it's perfect and great.
