I accidentally ordered veggie burger and forgot to mention in kiosk order about the egg allergy as I assumed that veggie burger would not have eggs. But stupid me, once the burgers were ready, that is when I asked Michelle and came to know about the presence of egg in mayo and habberano sauce. She was so so kind enough to replace my all orders and that too without a grudge of her face. That is where the actual customer service lies and she was a marvelous, living example of it .I am sure if she would have told me that she can not help me unless I put another order, that too would be with a smile.

There’s only two people that I honestly really enjoy and appreciate who work there which is Michelle and another lady that has braids that I believe is management. These two workers have honestly shown me so much respect and kindness and kept looking out for what I need. Every time I came into the McDonald’s since I’m a regular customer she always knows my order which makes me feel very special and she’s always just sweet and kind to everybody.

They always get the order incorrect and then leave things out. Every time I complain they offer a free small fries. My child being hungry for that extra time doesn't justify their solution. I avoid this McDonald's as much as possible.

I think this is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to... I've been coming to this location for years as this was the closest one to me but every single time I've had nothing but bad experiences. Over the past year I stopped going but today I decided to stop by as this was the nearest location on my route home. The person taking my order was extremely rude and sounded fed up for no reason at all. The food was disgustingly horrible. My chicken nuggets were stale and I only got 16/20 nuggets I ordered with NO sauce. I got charged for extra sauce but they did not include it. I ordered a Mcdouble for myself which was dry as hell and just slapped in a disfigured orientation. This is just one of many prior experiences I've had. I've always received incomplete orders and horrible tasting food. I don't even bother leaving bad reviews but I hope someone actually does something about this because this location does not serve food with passion. They truly do not care. The inside on top of everything is covered in filth and dirty. Literally the worst McDonalds ever. If you care about enjoying good food, avoid this place because they will make you hate your favorite menu items

This specific location is dirtier than most McDonald's locations. The night shift managers(as far as I know) are cheap and will gladly sacrifice your health and well-being to save an extra penny from having to throw away bad food. For the past year everytime I order at night they give me spoiled food. Even when I explicitly ask for it to be made fresh they don't always follow through. They make you wait and serve you the same food that was ready when you ordered it. I don't know who's in charge of finances/food safety but this location seriously needs health inspections. This culture is disgusting. If you're going to order here, ask for your food to be WELL DONE and ask for the receipt to reflect that. I doubt they will comply but atleast then you'll have some sort of evidence when you get food poisoning. I'm not in the business of leaving bad reviews but my order from last night marks the final straw. I spent $45 on uber eats and NONE of my food was edible. I've had the same experience ordering from the McDonald's app & going through the drive through. I look forward to somebody losing their job over this. If the standard for being open 24/7 means they serve food that should be thrown out simply because no other restaurant is open to compete I will gladly participate in this location's demise. The managers have a horrible culture of putting the customer last. I had another experience last year where a worker handed my food to somebody else and after waiting half an hour already(I had ordered well done and it's normal for you to have to wait for it to be made fresh), the manager did not want to give me a refund and instead made me wait another 25 minutes for it to be remade. At 2 AM. I look forward to whatever corporate nonsense they try to respond to my review with.

Jess, the assistant Manager was extremely rude and standoffish!! I told her my pop was flat, to which she disagreed and accused me of lying! All this because she didn’t want to give me a refill, nor would she give me the name of the store manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from someone in a managerial position. Avoid going to this location unless you’re ok being treated poorly!

This is an update. I am so tired of being ripped off. They have the summer drink special, $1 any size fountain drink. I ordered a large in drivethrew, I'm in a rush and the guy tells me it's only valid for small size. I have to pay full price. I will be contacting management to get a refund as this is not the case. This is theft.
