Jan 3rd at approx 9:45am. I used my app and provided the meal coupon code. At the order station they entered it and on my app says, "they got it". I go to pay and the girl tells me the code is invalid. As usually they blame it on the app lol and advise me to call the number to explain, that wasn't the point. I blame the Madconld for hiring kids and not educated staff smh, the manager is the worst because I am brown her attitude is horrible. If that was a " WHITE" person she would've bypassed it and got the line moving. Because I was brown she didn't care and didn't act like a manager. Educated managers would've been sorry for this inconvenience and solves the problem as quickly as possible. Don't ever hire kids or discriminating and racist staffs. More of this story Macdonlad doesn't care at all.Buddy even 1 dollar or 2 dollar it adds up if you're a regular customer on a daily basis, if your staff aren't trained or educated properly paying not the point , not doing their job and can't help or understand the situation that's the worst. Never again.

Dec 30 11:23am, second drive through window younger girl. Unprofessional and rude. Asked for espresso she said they have none, forgot to mute her mic then laughed / had a conversation with her coworker while the mic was still hot. You weren’t even done taking our order yet - wth?

I stopped for lunch on the 23rd of December while traveling through. It was insanely busy and as expected the order has some hiccups. But the manager on duty was extremely kind, very professional and so personable. She clearly was trying her best during the chaos and I have to commend her for that. Her positive attitude and friendly smile made my day!

I am a big pro-McDonalds person, seems like a good place to work, faithful. Unfortunately prices arent what they used to be but thats everywhere. Hands down the most rude staff here. Little to no courtesy in the drive thru, just rude and brief. Like have an ounce of interest in what you're doing.

Employee heard me twice say my kids are Muslim and don't eat pork. I spoke clearly into the speaker twice. Also saying to them j hope they take it seriously when I heard chuckling on the drive thru speaker. If I didn't check their meals before leaving I could have sent them to school with ham and possibly could have upset my ex whom could have chose to keep the kids from me as I'm not respecting her and the kids faith. Ham is pork. When I say no pork and then it's confirmed no meat in my reply. An expectation is mcdonalds doesn't hire bigits.
They were out of ketchup and supervisor (green festive shirt) brought us ketchup!!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Ordered a Big Mac meal from this location last night and I was sick as a dog after consuming it….extremely sick to my stomach. I was up all night dealing with excruciating gastrointestinal symptoms. I thought I was dying!! I will never eat from this place again. I’m seriously done with McDonalds. Most of their locations have fallen off track; food is not good anymore. I love their Big Mac but I notice now that it’s always disgustingly soggy and falls apart in your hand; absolutely horrible. Serious improvements are needed to ensure proper food handling and preparation thereby to eliminate potential food borne illnesses. I will definitely be contacting the manager.

We’ve been coming to this McDonald’s pretty regularly, like once or sometimes twice a week, and it’s usually a good experience. But this time, it was not good at all. My Nephew loves to pick up his order himself, but the lady handing him his food was so rude. He has small hands, so it took him a bit longer than an adult to grab everything, and instead of being patient, she was visibly annoyed. Her attitude was so upsetting—she even acted like she was about to throw his order on the ground—that this little soul started crying. It completely ruined the experience for us. For some context, this happened on Wednesday, December 5, somewhere between 2:30-2:45 PM. I really hope management addresses this because it’s not the kind of service we’ve come to expect from this location.
