I came by to pickup my mobile order and ohh lord , there was 2 of the staff standing right there in front of me and they won’t even look and one of them was chewing a gum that is justtt so rude. After 5 minutes wait they said it’s gonna take another 10 minutes which is insaneee.
Never ordering at this location again’!!!!!😡😡😡

Yesterday I purchased a sausage/egg McMuffin meal at approximately 10 AM which included a coffee and hash brown. Upon arriving home, I found that they had given me only a sandwich which was custom made and had nothing that I wanted on it, as well the hash brown was missing. This morning I made a separate drive back to the store with receipt and packaging from the special order sandwich, etc. Upon entering the store I was told by the cashier because I did not call them yesterday to report it there was nothing they could do and they would not replace it. She then proceeded to get a the Mgr (?) who was rude and indignant and made it seem like I was trying to take something from them. There was a special order label on the sandwich wrap, which I had included and the reason I made the trip was to do it in person so they could see everything. I thought I was making it easier for them. Essentially, I was made to feel that there was something fraudulent. On my receipt I had also added $25 to my McDonald’s gift card and even that was questioned as to why I would do that. I am at this McDonald’s multiple times almost every week of the year for years, and have never experienced such indignation over returning an incorrect order. I was told that I should know the return procedures and next time I should start checking my order before I leave the store. McDonald’s should hire better people
