Very rude woman on the phone, no courtesy for customers, I only asked her to add lettuce in my order and she refused to do that and I am a regular customer. Will never order at this location

I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes, which I don't mind, but my mcflurry was almost completely melted when finally I got it

I also saw them re-glaze the donuts in the display to make them look fresh.

Come here often, order the same mcdouble but every time I order extra pickles, somehow they put no pickles at all. Happened to me three times now. Frustrating having to wait only for it to be wrong.
