This location deleted the order off the screen before they had it packed and ended up missing parts of the order. I didn't realize until after I left. I understand its busy but you need to take the time to double check.
Food was icecold and disgusting. All went in the trash after 1 bite.

Went in to grab some dinner only two staff on very impressed that they excelled at keeping service moving and orders going out correctly waited about 15 minutes or so from time of order to getting food it was still olenty hot and fresh fries to boot great work

We visited this McDonald's as a family of four to dine in after shopping at Walmart. I have two kids ages 5 and 1.
Immediately after walking in, we noticed that half the dine in area was closed off (the tables were clean) the other half of the dine in area tables were all dirty. We usually are able to pick up a high chair for our baby to sit and eat at other locations. We could not find any. Since the tables were all dirty we decided to get our food to go. Two people were working at the counter without having any communication with the customers.
The biggest disappointment out of the whole visit was that they missed to include the drink for the happy meal and the amount of fries the person serving us gave. It was a super sized fries which was barely filled. The cashier/manager who was handling the money took almost 15-20 minutes to serve our whole order still managed to mess it up. You would think that it's more than enough time to get the order right.
The way the employee filled the fries box could be reported to the health and safety department as her fingers were touching them. She should have either washed her hands, held the box properly or worn gloves.
We have paid $4.89 (plus tax) for this super-sized fries for it to be barely filled. I have included a video for your reference. I would say it was a small fries fit in a super sized container.
It was a very disappointing visit. I hope the corporate addresses these issues with the staff and so they can do better next time. We are regular visitors to this location as we shop at Walmart every week.
Hope they do better in the future! I wrote to corporate about the whole incident no response. Almost two weeks passed.

They don’t have enough worker for one burger you have to wait for 3 hours to get it.
