This place is gross and customer service non existent. A "manager" who's never there and hides. Bought some sub sauce and it was expired. Went back the next day to exchange it and they were all expired, so asked for a refund and they didn't want to give it to me with no receipt, but I ordered online and actually did have the receipt so after a lot of hassle they finally did. Btw, they dont issue receipts when you walk in, so im sure were counting on the fact I didnt have one. Then this past weekend my husband picked me up a sub to bring to the hospital for me and the bread was hard as a rock and moldy. Like how the heck you gonna make a sandwich with such obvious moldy bread. Disgusting. When I called to tell them the lady just said it wasn't her who made it and said she can't refund because manager not there. I left my name and # for the manager but of course will never hear back. I am sick with cancer so not going to go in and fight with them over a sub but will never set foot in that place again. The health department needs to make a visit.
A nice clean shop with a very friendly and happy to be at work employee. Definitely recommend this over subway anyday!!! And you can get mustard here not like subway.

Please closed this place!!!!! We went for lunch.. the place is a mess stuff everywhere and dirty. Omg the food was awful I ask for Louisiana sandwich and the chicken was black and disgusting, I tried it and I got food poisoned… please don’t go to this place… disgusting disgusting ??
Stood there for 15 minutes while the worker was making doughnuts and didn’t acknowledge us. After 15 minutes she said just wait 5 minutes longer. Literally stood in the restaurant for 20 minutes watching her make doughnuts lolUsually amazing people but this was a terrible experience that stood

This Mr. Sub was my favourite location. I came in today and the store was a complete mess. Crumbs all over the place. The employee was absolutely incompetent. She wouldn’t listen almost put the wrong dressing on my sub. The lettuce was brown. I asked not to have my wrap cut didn’t listen. I usually tip but my tip is don’t go here anymore the service and quality took a massive nose dive. Here is a picture of the disgusting keypad I had to touch to pay. Love mr sub but this location seems to always be understaffed, Was told I couldn't be on my phone while ordering & felt more than disrespected trying to order my food today. Use to come here once a week, will have to drive to a new location.

The staff is wonderful and friendly - but I witnessed the manager (or owner?) verbally berating the staff over the air conditioning. It's 38°c with the humidity today, and this guy decided it was appropriate to punish the staff because they wanted to turn the AC up. That's ridiculous and frankly immature - what kind of a dogbrained "leader" doesn't take care of their employees??And as an aside, this is a food service location. Does this guy think that sweat is sanitary? Because I don't know about you, but if the choice is between sinking the cost of turning up the AC or letting my employees serve food to the public while drenched in sweat, I would choose turning up the AC. Imagine being such a bad employer that you'd rather save a few pennies on the AC and risk a health and safety violation.Really impressive judgement, truly. Where do you do your leadership training? I want to know who I should tell people to avoid.

The owner doesn't treat his employees with respect and it shows! Staff are over worked and underpaid. They never have the bread options available and if they do its stale. The Mediterranean Greek bread has little to no seasoning and the lettuce is always at the end of its life. Beware purchasing food from this

Came and bought sub tried to validate loyalty card for digital stamp. Was not allowed to validate because I paid already. Indian lady said it was my fault because registar opened and could not give me stamp for purchase. Said it was my fault because I didnt tell before hand.I guess the customer is not right and always wrong. No don't reach out to me cause I don't care. But public needs to know. I won't come to this location again because of the stupidity of the staff to make things right. Businesses like this rely on repeat customers. I won't be repeating....
