I tried the veggie burrito bowl from Mucho Burrito the other day as there were no other Mexican restaurants nearby.This was a take out order and while my burrito was being prepared, I did notice a few things.1. They did not have a variety of veggies as one would see at other Mexican restaurants.2. The beans looked as if it was just parboiled without having any spices that enhance the flavour.3. Most of the veggies looked stale but I thought may be they were okay.The burrito costed $16 which was highly priced for a relatively small bowl compared to what other Mexican restaurants offer.When I had the first bite, it tasted absolutely bland. It lacked the taste of an actual burrito and was well below average. They added veg fajitas which did not have any spice. Also, the sour cream and other sauces seemed to be very diluted. I was quite disappointed. A homemade burrito would have definitely tasted better!I would suggest that they should try the burritos at other places and work hard towards improving their taste and quality.

I ordered the steak bowl through Ubereats. I am picky about my food and like to have healthy options. The food was delicious and I received a good sized portion. I will definitely order from here again.

Rude customer service by a lady working in the front. Not only she messed up my order and she was questioning us when we came back to get my order the way i wanted. She had the audacity to asked us “ didnt you see when i was making your order”. I dont work there, she does so i guess its her responsibility to ask the customer and make sure whats she is putting in the damn burrito. She had to understand one simple thing that this is not a charity, we are paying for what we eat and I would like to eat what i like and whats best for my health and appetite.Just Saying, I can also argue and give her a taste of her own medicine, but this is not the venue.And she also wanted to open the damn burrito and see whether Im saying the truth.

Manager/owner efficiently served a group of 24 in a pinch. Even gave us complimentary cookies for the business. This is not the first time I received great service from a mucho burrito. Will always opt for a mucho burrito for a group of people. 10/10 food 10/10

Order taker (simran )was to rude order numbers 86854 I ask her to put extra onions she said no it is extra chargeable I Said ok charge it but still she was rude n her tone of voice was loud n i revert her in loud voice don't be rude I run away from my working place just to eat this burrito bowl from last 2 days but make sure never visit again with poor hospitality n it's shows owner or management is quite stick to employees that they are not using there brain .Vegetarian options: More would suggest u give different sizes fir burrito bowl

Horrible customer service. The two woman working on September 2, 2023 in the afternoon should be disciplined. I order two burritos from here with a drink and paid $34. When I was leaving the restaurant I noticed they have a 2 can dine special for $20. I went back and asked if she could give me that deal and the both of them refused. Saying they can't do a refund. When I asked why didn't you let me know of the deal before they said it there for you to see and if you don't then it's regular price. No custom service at all because of these two I will never come back to this location. On top of that the food wasn't fresh. Very disappointing doesn't even deserve 1 star.

This place is a joke. I don’t know how they’ve survived this long. Everything they offer is tasteless. People of south Ajax, avoid this place at all cost. I’ve been to other mucho burritos which tasted good. The floor was stick and their chicken was sitting in water. I need the managers/owners name and number. Need to file a complaint with them and the city.

This is a burrito place that is slightly above par as far as the organization goes. But, I have been going to this franchise for years, and the owner and staff are just the most pleasant people. They are kind and the food is very consistent.

Placed a pickup order, Staff was unprofessional and rude. I was standing in front of the counter and helping with the toppings - girl preparing my order told me to go and wait in the waiting area!! There was no one in Queue behind me to place order. I have had burritos from several palaces and I like my burrito be made the way I want to eat - that’s what I am paying for I guess! However, this was the first and last time I placed order from this location.
