I never leave reviews, but I stopped by this place based on my child’s recommendation, and overall it was a very disappointing experience. The service itself was great, the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly doing everything they could.

Unfortunately, the management has completely failed when it comes to maintaining even a basic level of comfort. The restaurant was freezing, to the point where it was difficult to sit and wait for the meal. It was genuinely uncomfortable and unacceptable.

What bothered me most was seeing employees forced to work in those conditions. Customers are paying to enjoy a meal, and staff should not be expected to endure such an environment just to do their jobs. There is no excuse for this, and it reflects extremely poorly on management.

The staff deserve credit, but the management does not. A comfortable, humane environment is the bare minimum, and this location failed to meet it. Very very disappointed.

This is my wife's go to spot for chicken wings. If you ever want spicy wings that'll make feel like you're undergoing the cremation process please pay a visit and try them out!

Ordered on uber eats putting the note to make it saucy. Cause last time it was all dry wings. Just to make it saucy they charged me extra$2. What a shame man! What a garbage customer service!

On two occasions in a row we received fries as part of their Alpha deal that were way overdone and hard. When I shared feedback, there was no ownership of that but the individual said our “fries are perfect”. That’s how you lose customers! No thanks on a go forward!

Awful awful service. Ordered shrimp fries and added a note saying no sauce and then called the actual store to confirm they could do no sauce and they said yes, then sent it smothered with ranch sauce. Threw it straight into the garbage. When I called to complain they said they forgot to add a note to the order and it was their mistake and that I have to get a refund from doordash even though it was their mistake. I have an allergy to ingredients found in ranch sauce. If you have allergies do NOT order from here!!! Atrocious customer service. Will never be ordering from here again.

Foood was sooooo good! I got the medium wings which were a level 3/8 spice and my bf got the garlic Parmesan. We upgraded and got the garlic parm fries which was the best decision cause they were so good! Can’t wait to try again! Very filling so I have tons of left overs for tmws lunch
