No Cap Wings - Ajax

Ordered wings from this location, and they messed up the entire order by dumping excessive chili powder. They also failed to take ownership of their mistakes. I would not recommend this place at all.

We ordered our wings over the phone at
6:00PM. We were advised they’re busy and they advised it will take an hour to have the food ready.

Here I am , on Sunday night with the football game on 8:04PM and the store keeps saying 15 min more every 15 minutes. We even called before coming over and they advised yes by time you come (7:25) it will be ready.

Being busy is fine. Stop setting up false ETA and ruin other people’s nights. We could simply get wings from another place if you cannot service us.

Oh and the customer service, please have your staff take some classes. There are customers arguing back and forth with your staff. It’s a circus show on superbowl night .

Maybe let’s hire more staff ? My buddy told me it was the same situation last year.

UPDATE: We got our food at 8:25. If the establishment would’ve told me this is the end result at the first go. I would’ve had no problem just going home and making my own food. No discount no apologies offered at the time of pick up .

I ordered a Taj Mahal and this is what I got. Barely seasoned, Asked them to put a little more and they refused.

Looots of flavour options. Got the gar par (which they were able to put on the side), the hot dill which i liked but was very spicy, and the chili and onion, which my husband liked.

I recently went to NoCap and needless to say their customer service was extraordinary, a worker named Thush was the worker who assisted me. He was extremely helpful and kind. 10/10 lemon ranch wings and amazing chilli onion fries, amazing deals at NoCap as well. Will definitely return!

Excellent Customer Service, Everyone does a great job at what they do, specifically Thus who took my order was very respectful and funny. Highly recommend this place!!!
