The wraps that I ordered the past two times had old/stale veggies and onions. I feel the staff working there is also rude and unfriendly. That actially shows something off with this putlet.
I really dont recommend this osmows whereas the other osmows outlets in Pickering and Ajax are comparably good in terms of quality and service.

I recently tried the shawarma from this location, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The vegetables seemed old, and the overall taste wasn’t great. It wasn’t a matter of spice but rather the flavor quality itself. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I paid $7 for extra chicken and there is no extra chicken. This location really went downhill. I used to come here often but they are really stingy with the chicken quantity nowadays.

Bunch of unprofessional and untrained employees who has no knowledge of Canadian customer service, value and norms. They behave rude to the customers and not paying full attention on the orders however they believe they are doing a favor by taking customers orders. The management needs to look into this seriously and train such ill-mannered employees.

I have noticed that the staff at this location doesn’t seem very welcoming toward customers. When you enter, they don’t greet you, which creates an unpleasant experience. Specifically, today I interacted with a staff member (a thin, dark-skinned man), and his behavior was rude. I ordered chicken in stix, and while he filled the pack with fries and few chicken pieces, he handed it to me without saying a word or even making eye contact. This lack of basic courtesy was disappointing. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service at this location.
