This is quite literally the worst service I have ever gotten at an Osmows. Whoever was making the food on Friday night has no sense of customer service whatsoever. Dead silence when I’m talking to him. Ignores. And horrible food. Fire him!

I’ve been coming here for years, Usually it’s the best Osmows location but lately it hasn’t been as good as it usually is I ordered chicken on the stix mild with extra sumac there was hardly any stix mostly chicken but it didn’t taste fresh it seemed like maybe they had it out to long on the heat kind of rubbery and barely any sumac and there was extra pepper which I wanted only mild quality and accuracy of orders have gone down sorry Osmows Rossland Once loved by many Farewell Picture for Management

This location doesn't give nearly as much chicken and garlic sauce as they used to.
Limited to 3 toppings in their Chicken Shawarma Wrap Saj.
Other locations are better.
