I’ve been coming here for years, Usually it’s the best Osmows location but lately it hasn’t been as good as it usually is I ordered chicken on the stix mild with extra sumac there was hardly any stix mostly chicken but it didn’t taste fresh it seemed like maybe they had it out to long on the heat kind of rubbery and barely any sumac and there was extra pepper which I wanted only mild quality and accuracy of orders have gone down sorry Osmows Rossland Once loved by many Farewell Picture for Management

This location doesn't give nearly as much chicken and garlic sauce as they used to.
Limited to 3 toppings in their Chicken Shawarma Wrap Saj.
Other locations are better.

So disappointed in the service here. My friend asked for a plate with sauce on the side, but he put extra sauce on it and gave a lot of attitude. My friend really doesn’t like the sauce here so he was sad.

They were good but the Cx service getting little bad. I am Asian , the guy who served me was Asian too but the way he treated me and native is different. He treated the native better respect than me.
