This location use to be our go to spot until recently. The young girl behind the counter is always friendly and knows us a bit too well. I'm not sure if owners changed, but staff is definitely different now. Price went up, but we stayed loyal. But yesterday we bought 3 medium pizzas and they looked like individual size and very little toppings. We usually have lots of left overs, but we didn't have anything left after those mini medium pizzas

Their pizza slice contained hair. It was disgusting and ruined our meal. No wonder, when I was waiting to pick up my order, there were 2 folks without any head cover or hat while making the pizza. I edited this post because I came across another customer's review that had mentioned "store employees or owner were glaring and staring". I had the same issue. I was about to ask one of the guys making boxing why are staring. Bruh, wth, learn some culture here.

Do not order from here and expect it in a timely manner. We made an order with around two hours notice for a single large pizza. They did not start making it until the pickup time. Very disappointing.

Worst pizza I've ever had Girl on the phone didn't even seem to care
I recently ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Papadia, and to my surprise, I found a slice of pork inside the sandwich. As someone who is allergic to pork, this was extremely concerning and demonstrated a lack of care during preparation. When I returned to Papa Johnās to have my order remade, the staff in the kitchen displayed unnecessary attitude, including eye-rolling and dismissive gestures, as though I was at fault. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of mindfulness was disappointing.
Add on: I just opened the new box, and once again, they forgot the pepper and garlic sauce. This lack of attention to peppering and packaging orders reflects poorly on their serviceā¦

Ordered a Garden Fresh pizza during their 50% off all pizzas deal. They gave me a pineapple and SAUSAGE pizza, which we initially thought was mushroom. It ended up being meat however, and my father had to throw up as he had never had meat in his life.
We brought the pizza back and the guy we spoke to at the front ran away and left it to another guy to deal with. This new guy said heād give us a refund and gave me 2 $5s when the total was $$11.84. I had to ASK for the full refund and he then gave me a toonie.
They offered to remake it which we accepted but he kept saying āsorryā with no remorse, and said it was because the wrong pizza was placed in our box, essentially deflecting blame. Like, I donāt care that was the reason. We are pure vegetarian and we got thisā¦.
Wouldnāt come back here again. Didnāt even offer to give us a free side, upsize, or anything. Will be going to Dominoes from now on

I had my worst experience in the Ajax Papa john outlet. I would never recommend anyone this place as I had a very experience from the front desk who was very rude to its customer .She didnt know how to speak politely with her customer . OVERALL will never go their again
