These patties never disappoint. Plenty space to park. On the way in, windows allow to see areas of where items are piled up inside, buckets, or cleaning supplies. Upon entry, it seems unfinished with a broken partition and 2 large smoker/grills hanging out before you approach a small counter. The chalkboard and paper menus indicate what is available, however, upon opening on the weekend, prepare to wait 20+ minutes for product to be ready. 2 staff on this day. Cashier/ server was very deadpan, not customer service oriented. Took your order, sat and went on their phone. No smile, greeting, upselling, etc. Customers came in, stated their request, then told the amount of time to be ready, some could not wait the additional time. Another started talking to me about the beef patty, unknowing of what else to try. I bigged up the shrimp patty and the customer was able to expand their pallet on recommendation. The product does speak for itself, but staff and space could be made to be more inviting.

Reheated frozen patty for almost 4.25 with coco bread. Front service guy was high and the goat curry was salty. I see your pass reviews were good doesn’t mean you change your quality and price this is how you lose your customer base

So I stopped by to get my daughter some patties, she wanted one plain and one cheese. The thing is the cheese patty is not how I know it to be, it was was with just cheddar or Swiss cheese. Not traditional but cool. The cheese patty was sent to the back to someone to make. The person was on the phone very loud, just chatting chatting. I asked the cash girl, is he talking over the food he is making, she said yes. I asked her to ask him to stop- no one likes that but culturally that is a big no. I could hear him giving her an attitude. Just gave me the ick.
Was passing by and heard about this place previously. The atmosphere was ok however, the guy at the front was not much help. He stood there and didn’t greet us or say anything at all. We ordered the curry goat patty and a spicy beef. The spicy beef was ok, but I couldn’t say it’s much better than a frozen patty done in the air fryer. However, the curry goat patty was ridiculous. It was soggy, thin as paper, and was just a little bit of sauce from the pot. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

Patty gyal patty a thin thin gyal! Barely any filling, it's like they flattened the patties and like measure the least amount of filling to put in there. Flavourful but like I said , not enough filling, Over priced, not worth what you are getting. Better off buying a box of patties from the supermarket.
