Ice cream is always the best treat in the snow day, lol. I am glad to be told that Pickering Village will be open for Christmas. Cannot wait for a white Christmas with my favourite Cookie and Cream!

I was bummed out about this ice cream spot!
I entered the store and nobody was there. I had to waste a few minutes waiting (hoping someone would come to the front to serve ice cream)
The guy that came did not know the prices and didn’t even know what was whipped cream! As a matter of fact, I asked if they have whipped cream and he said no until I read the boards and told him they should have in the fridge!
Totally not worth the hassle.
I prefer Dutch dreams ice cream. Next time I’m driving to Toronto for my ice cream and not waste my time here

I give it a one star for a few reasons. Owner didn’t even greet us when we walked He was rude and showed that he couldn’t care less about his customers. Big signs stating no samples( this turns off the consumer). Flavours state they are Kawartha. I don’t think they are. I got Jamoca Almond Fudge and mint. Both lacked flavor.

Very rude and wouldn’t let me try any flavours. Rushed us even though no one else was here. I’ve cream was freezer burnt.

Went to enjoy some ice cream with my family at our favourite ice cream shop. Sadly it has new owners and our experience wasn’t pleasant. The new owner is extremely rude, charged extra for a cup instead of a cone, and the size of the scoop was noticeably very small, definitely not worth the price and poor experience. Will have to look for another ice cream parlour.

Nice and tasty ice creams. Simply love it.
Enjoyed with my family and kids. Price is little high when compared with the ambience of the shop. This shop is located in old hunted looking Pickering village but the quality/taste of the ice creams are really nice.
Simply loved the ice creams. Will visit again.

Good icecream, nice seating but no bathroom for customers is ridiculous. The entire plaza doesnt have any public bathroom.
