I'm so disappointed with this location. I ordered through Uber eats and got 2 create your own personal pizzas. I paid $1 each for pepperoni and sausage. I was in shock when I opened my boxes to see literally 1 pepperoni per slice. I've never been so disappointed in something. I literally received 4 individual pepperoni and 3 slices of sausage per pizza. I'm only giving them this rating because the food still tasted good even if I was not satisfied with the amount of toppings. Never ordering from this location again.

I order online and pick up in store yesterday. When I got there my order wasn’t ready so I paid and waited. On the screen it says that my order was ready. It was busy so I went to the cashier and told him my order is ready and the lady in the kitchen came and said your order is not ready and don’t you see it’s busy in a loud and rude tone so I told her to watch her tone with me. Waited 20 mins patiently and when it was ready she gives my order to the cashier which was friendly and said that’s for the lady in the black coat. Even the employees were telling her to calm down because she was talking very loud to them. I called today and spoke to Richard the manager and I explain the above to him and than he ask me what do I want him to do. You are the manager you should know what you need to do. It’s like he didn’t believe me he said he needs to ask his employees. You see that why your employees is treating paying customers rudely. I will not be ordering from this location again. I order like 6 times per month.

We ordered pizza and boneless chicken wings, half of the wings came with the wrong sauce and the store replaced the full wing order free of charge and delivered them to us! Everything tasted great. Staff/customer service is fabulous!

Large brown guy usually doing shifts at night, cancels order online early before closing then locks the door, and then takes your food with you and writes on the app that the order was paid for and picked up.

This used to be my favorite location anytime I was getting pizza delivered which normally took 15-20 minutes to get delivered, always nice and hot. However a couple of days ago when I got delivery from here for the first time in a couple months I didn't know they switched to doordash delivery, the pizza took about an hour to get delivered, 30 of which was driving to the store all whilst the pizza was already cooked and getting colder. Then 10 minutes passed while they were at the store and then 10 minutes to get it delivered to me. Then when they finally came, thats when I realized it was doordash but I chose to pay with cash online when I made the order (I had a 50 dollar bill for a 30 dollar order, was going to tip 10$ and get 10 dollars back), but the doordash driver didn't have any cash on him even though it was a pay with cash delivery. I then had to spend another 10 minutes for the driver to set up e-transfer for his new phone number just to transfer him the money, by the time I actually got my order it was completely cold.
Order from the Ajax location all the time. Matt and Nancy are great! They make a great pizza. super clean and friendly.

Pizza Hut has not trained their employees at all, it’s very embarrassing how a big franchise like Pizza Hut has not done any health and safety training for their employees. Recently there was a video regarding pizza boxes in the public washrooms of the store at the Ajax location by Salem and Rossland where we stopped going. We started going to another location in Ajax even though it was much further away from our home. The Bayly Pizza Hut location was not any better. I entered the store, it was empty an employee / manager it seemed opened from the inside of the public washroom door in the storefront area and said are you here for pickup? While she had the washroom door opened she was cleaning the garbage can with the cloth then with the same cloth the sink and everything there in the washroom all with the door open and I was able to see what she was doing, after all that she walked in the cash area took my pizza boxes handed it over to me and cashed me out gave me change back with her dirty cleaning hands. This is crazy, if this was vice versa and a customer didn’t wash their hands out of the washroom and I’m sure that lady would have had something to say like immigrants and discriminate us and all but yet they can do anything. Pizza Hut you need to train your employees all over again especially managers as I am 100% sure it was a manager I was dealing with yesterday. A heavier set lady who was extremely nice but not following any regulations for cleanliness. This is so sad to see as I was an employee of Pizza Hut and our location had great GM’s and managers who took pride in their jobs. “Pizza Hut needs to retrain”

Ordered a few things the food was delivered, with missing wings & 1 slice of the pizza gone, called it in, to have to deal with a rude boy answer the phone and some feisty little manager, then the re made food was sent to us, to have a delivery driver talking rude to our young neice. Horrible food and service,
