I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready for pickup. When I arrived, the order could not be found. Unfortunately, the interaction both on the phone and in person was handled in a rude and disrespectful manner. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was not acceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer interactions.

I was trying to call but No one picking up the phone. So I went to the store and I saw the phone was ringing. The lady did not pick up the phone. So I told her I was trying to call you to order the pizza. She says sometime when it's too late. We don't pick up the phone. Anyway I order two personal pan Pizza, she took my order and went inside the freezer. Grab two Personal pizza , She did not wash her hand before she make pizza. Totally food safety violation. So I just want you guys to know. I was not happy to see that thank you.

The problem with PH is not this location but rather their screwed up ordering system! I want to order one of their daily specials and I have a pickup location close to where I live BUT O CAN'T PICKUP FROM THAT LOCATION DUE TO DONE INTERNAL PROCEDURAL STUPIDITY!!! NO - I NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO PICK UP THIS ORDER!!!!! WHY????? THIS IS NOT FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY WITH THE WINTER COMING!!! FIX THIS - I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICKUP FROM THE LOCATION CLOSEST OR MOST CONVENIENT TO ME!!!
