Late one night I ordered a pizza, but they messed up the toppings accidentally. By the time I realized, the restaurant was already closed. I went in the next day to tell them of the mistake, and the manager apologized and said next time I ordered, to come in personally, and he will give me a free pizza.
My mistake was I never got anything in writing from this man.
When I went in several weeks later, that particular manager was not available, and the other manager did not honor the promise of a free pizza.
I called customer support, and they said it was between myself and the manager, so they refused to help.
Bizarre and Irritating experience - horrible customer service, both in person and on their confrontational customer support phone center.

We used to get party pizzas on the regular but the last 3 or 4 had crust that felt and tasted like cardboard :( we did get credit for one which brought us back but it seems to be every time that the pizza is hard to chew now where before it felt like it was melting in our mouth

Placed a takeout order for a large 3 topping pizza from a different location in Ajax this time and for some reason, the taste wasn’t that great as at the other location that I’ve tried before.
I had asked it to be well done. The toppings were evenly spread out and the pizza looked good. The service was quick too. The person making the pizza was friendly.
Will come back again later to see if the taste is still the same.

I usually love pizza nova but this place in Ajax is terrible and spoiling the brand pizza nova .pizza was really bad and so so poor. I got 2 large 4 topping pizza and completely not worth the prize.
