Owner is rude ordered online a panzo and it comes with a free dipping sauce. Forgot to select creamy garlic. He gave me marinara and I asked for creamy garlic instead. owner was giving me a hard time about switching it and telling me I have to pay extra. Only been to this location twice and I will never go again. The pizza nova by jclarke would never do this 😂. Also the panzo wasn’t even good barely any cheese. probably because I got it for free with my points

I used to like pizza nova alot as a kid but lately I feel like their quality dropped and went downhill since 2015-2016. The employees themselves were very polite, helpful and hardworking so the blame isn’t on them AT ALL.
I mean c’mon $27 after tax for this mediocre large meat supreme pizza the overall quality should be much higher and at least SLIGHTLY less greasy and oily than what I got in order to justify that outrageous price. stick to domino’s instead plus they actually have good deals on their app unlike pizza nova

Have been ordering loyally from here for over 6 years but lately the pizza has been inconsistent. EVen though we ask for it will done the crust is soggy and limp which is horrible like it was tonight Have complained in the past and it improves for a bit and then the quality drops again. The ingredients are fresh, the staff friendly but really really wish the quality standards were consistent.
