When I was on phone ordering the pizza, I spent 5 minutes advising them to please not ring doorbell or knock. Jan 27 2024 9:26pm they rung my bell and as a result woke everyone in the house up. The delivery boy showed the receipt which had no notes on the delivery (wasn’t his fault). Called Pizza pizza afterwards with my frustration and they offered no help or accountability. What’s the point in delivery notes if you’re not going to put it in for the delivery guy to follow? Pizza pizza needs to hire staff with some common sense. Advise you all to Order on Uber instead where i haven’t issues

Too salty too oily!!! Oil seeps through the cardboard boxes. This is based on not one time take out but over a year. We have tried providing feedback but nothing changes. We have ordered the same pizza from other locations as well. Pizza Pizza on kingston, pickering are much better.

first of all person at counter asked for upfront tip on take away order, then played with paying portal to not let payment process as why to pay tip when we are taking away!payment declined two times then commented bad by saying lack of money, infact i returned without pizza because lack of interest to have pizza done from such person!good food makes good customer! you loose one today!better maintain the service by knowing the fact how to feed effectively in food industry and if possible train your staff not to ask/beg for tip rather be people’s people to serve better and deserve tip.Disappointed …!

We ordered a meat loves pizza, we expected crust, meat and cheese. Why is there a bunch of spices on the top of the pizza? This was not mentioned during the ordering process. This pizza is so dry, it was like it was meat, sauce and cheese on cardboard. In addition we ordered 20 non breaded wings. We got the wings they were go. However, they only give you one dipping sauce, I asked for a second and was told I had to buy the second dipping sauce. As you can see from my picture we ran out of dipping sauce 1/2 way through eating them. Perhaps, I shouldn’t of given them a tip and bought a second sauce. They are located next to the wing spot, do not waste your time getting wings here go next door where they give you sauces with your wings. Will never order anything from this chain again. Perhaps you should try pizzaville , Pizza Huts or even Domino’s pizza and see how fluffy their crusts are.

Great place for food. Their pizzas are affordable and the prices are hard to beat for this quality of pizzaParking: It's an empty plaza for the most part. You'll find lots of empty parking spots. Atleast 10 on a normal day

This has the potential to become goto place for us for Pizza.Recently got motivated by their promotion of locked-in extra large pizza and thought of trying out one. Feeling happy that I tried, the pizza tastes awesome with four toppings and added pepper/seasoning. each topping tastes very fresh and you can get taste of each of them. Quantity of toppings also is great.Estimated time and live tracking are also great features and found the order ready by the time i got there.Only thing of concern is then pizza doesn’t look healthy and little too oily… but anyways, i should not look for health while choosing pizza ?

The guy who delivered pizza was high on weed (the guy couldn't find our address and also not normal), the order was incomplete (no dips and no drinks)We called the pizza pizza support to report but unfortunately the manager/supervisor was not available on that time.They will call us tomorrow and will update it once they call us.
