This is not my regular pizzapizza location, but since I was close by I decided to order. I ordered and paid online ahead of time, and arrived about 15 mins after order confirmed. The lady took my last 4 digits of phone number and came back told me my order is not ready(I understand and figured probably just a few minutes more). But she never go back to the kitchen and check, and never checked with me for my number again. I waited anothet 15-20 minutes inside the store until the guy in the kitchen came out and ask me if I am waiting for pizza. My pizza was ready and sat on top of the oven, and I waste at least 10-15 mins waiting. The same lady doesn't know how to read the order paper, asked my to pay and told her I already paid online, but she is like no. When I was getting my phone to show her the proof of payment, and same guy has to come and help her. I strongly recommend to give her more training, store front represent a lot of a company as well. The food is ok, but the wait time and service is not acceptable. I mostly won't order at this location again. Plus, it was not super busy, it's totally in a manageable pace.
Amazing pizza and great service! I’ve been to this Pizza Pizza location many times and it’s always excellent. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The staff are super friendly, quick, and really care about making customers happy. The store is clean, well organized, and the service is fast — even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in town!
