Waiting for my food right now. I’m just looking around at all these dirty tables. It’s not even that busy. I’ve worked at restaurants before and as soon as someone leaves it’s almost instinct to clean tables off for the next customer.
Something else I have noticed is when ordering the Indian gentleman was not giving me options that I should have been offered. He took the order without asking me what type of crust I want ( I know this is an option because I have ordered through the app) only after I brought it up he gave me the option. Come to think of it he never even asked if I wanted it lightly done or well done. (All the standard questions they would ask on the app)
It’s very unprofessional he seemed to not even care or acknowledge that it was something that he was wrong for. If we are spending over a $20 meal give us all our options. I probably won’t be coming back here. After seeing the pic with the flies by the display pizza I’m not too enthusiastic about these 2 mediums I’m about to get. 😬
Ps I will say he was nice but u could tell he just wanted you to hurry and finish the order without giving any real details to your options. But is the niceness genuine if he isn’t being transparent 🤔

Came here for walk in special. Large 1 topping. Could not add extra pepperoni. I could only add extra cheese. Agreed paid the extra cost. Only to come home and find out there is absolutely no pepperoni.
When I called customer service. I was told because I paid extra for the cheese it counts as one topping.
So better of to just get a walk in special and not add anything to it . I dont understand the concept of paying for something extra and then having something else deleted. To the owner please reach out to me . Im so irritated . Your policy doesn't make any sense. More so the staff behind the counter should be informing the customer. I've never had to open my pizza before I leave the store . To my surprise to come home, only to open the box to see no pepperoni.
Maybe I should have done delivery. Can't screw that up. But went for a walk in and got Cheesy instead.
