Ordered at this location for the first time. The pizza was overcooked/burnt making it very unpleasant to eat. The crust was significantly thicker than other Pizzaville locations and it was inedible. Pizzaville is my go-to pizza store but I'll avoid this location in the future!

I've gone here a few times for pick up. The lighting in the restaurant is pretty bright and horrible. I wouldn't be able to work there! Not everyone who works there knows how to process a gift card at the register. One time, the cashier had to wait for a delivery driver to come back to process it properly :/ The pizzas are good enough, I level it up at home with garlic salt though! We like the chicken poppers with the spicy bbq sauce, but I wish they were coated in the sauce instead of on the side!

I just ordered a medium pizza and my pizza is not well done at all as per my order. In addition to that you didn’t include my garlic dipping sauce which I paid for. The pizza tastes like rubber. Absolutely useless! Never ordering from here again and I suggest you don’t either. So disappointed and a complete rip off.

I had a gift card for Pizzaville from last year and I finally got around to using it at their Ajax location! A friend and I shared a large pizza with sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and bacon. We also shared an order of crispy wings. The pizza was good, although we would have preferred a bit more sauce and cheese. We like it cheesy! It had a nice crust and tasty toppings. The wings were crispy, and tasty with the garlic dipping sauce. Although we wished they had salads, it was a good meal. We even had leftovers!

I used to love your pizza. I gave alot of chances to get back to where you used to be but today is the absolute last straw. Thin crust means just that! Well done means just that! My pizza is thick crust and barely cooked!!!! I'd eat the cheese and toppings off of it, but there barely is any. I don't know what happened to you guys but I won't be back

This is hands down the worst Pizzaville location. They can’t get an order right. Every single pizza we have ordered from them is wrong. They gave pepperoni instead of pineapple. No hot peppers or toppings miss by. They put the least amount of toppings i have ever seen. Simply said they suck. Do not go to this location. There was a reason they the worst rating of all the Pizzavilles. The people who work here are idiots.

Terrible pizza, terrible service. We ordered thin crust and it was overcooked to a cracker; they got the meat order wrong; and the goat cheese amounted to three tiny dots. When we asked for a replacement, they refused. Never making the mistake of going there again.

So, this establishment most definitely cares about the customer experience.I made an order Tuesday, and it had some minor mistakes...However, the team at this Pizzaville went out of their way to ensure the satisfaction, by rectifying the issue that happened.They actually gave more than I deserved to rectify the situation.The quality has never been bad, it's always been great. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone rectifies them!The world is tough nowadays, and this establishment I will forever trust with ensuring that what you pay for is what you get!!!Great establishment, great people working there.5 out of 5, because when it's right it's realllly good. The one mistake they made was more than made up for.
