We ordered two large pizzas this evening. They were ready very quickly, obviously too quickly.Toppings were not cooked at all, although they were fresh and high quality.Inevitably, the pizza was a mess and fell apart.If you've ever eaten a pizza and you pulled those two pizzas out of the oven, you would know by looking at them that they were not ready.Quality control needs to improve and the people making the pizza need to be shown how to make them properly.

Ordered a large pizza from them, paid for delivery. When the pizza arrived (an hour and a half later), it was a medium pizza in a large box. We’ve ordered large pizzas from them in the past.Emrida from customer service advised that store owner refuses to compensate in any way. We paid $20 for a $10 and they denied to rectify the situation, on top of that emrida was extremely rude and dismissive.Not ordering from here again for the extremely poor customer service and also lack of accountability for cheating their customers out of money. Stay away

Only delivered half of my order. When they did deliver the other half, the order was incorrect. On top of that I was overcharged which they acknowledged. They would not refund but decided to give me 'store credit' despite explaining that I would not be ordering again from them.

The pizza was delicious, ordered so easily, so fresh, hot, nicely sealed box. The pizza sauce is excellent. Toppings were amazing. The next thing is the wings; these were made to order. I got the non-breaded perfect heat with the hot sauce, hot, wrapped up already to go. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Firstly the pizza was not what we ordered. There were many missing vegetables. Secondly the quality of pizza did not look good, sauces were not applied properly. That is why we decided to return it. When we went to return the pizza the man standing at the counter at first asked us to go make it ourself and then asked us not to come to the shop again. This was very very rude and very poor customer service.
