When I looked through the window, I could see it was a mess inside so not sure if a new business is about to reno... I used to wonder how this place lasted as long as it did because it was always empty. Oh well...

I’ve ordered from this location a couple of times before and it’s been fine for the most part but today i ordered from them and it smelt rotten ,the dough had a weird texture to it and the pizza smelt awful ,no manger or any contact was gone or present when i asked the staff there ,they don’t wear any gear over their head ,same gloves that go on the debit machine and cash goes onto the pizza your gonna be served ,these guys have not a single concern for customer service or quality ,i ordered pizza from here for kids at the family gathering and they ended up getting food poisoning,avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health!!

this place used to be a family favourite. had the best chessy, soft, fresh pizza. they used to have fresh toppings falling off it was so good. It used to be 2 tamil boys who knew what they were doing. I went back recently there were new employees and the pizza was god awful. the veggies tasted rotten, there was a smell to it. the cheese tasted really bad. honestly I'm not sure what happened but I would say only order if u see the boys.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered mozzarella sticks and assumed that I would receive marinara sauce as that is what is pictured in their menu, but no sauce was provided… so it was not overly enjoyable. I’ve ordered from here a few times and have had delivery in North Pickering and the pizza has always been fresh. Today I ordered to my house which is just around the corner and the pizza was stale, burnt, and hard. I ate 1 piece of pizza after peeling the toppings off and had to throw the rest away. What a shame.

First off the cook is in bare foot in crooks.
The poutine, fries were not cooked gravey was more like jello. Didn’t eat it.
The pizza was eatable, they cooked it well done. But I don’t recommend it by no means.
The hot sausage was just regular Italian sausage balls.

One of worst experiences ever had.paid for XL pizza person who took the order told pizza will be ready in 20 minutes I went back to pick up pizza it wasn’t ready and she said it will take another 20 minutes I asked for the refund but they were not able give my refund Response was that it will take three to 4 days for the refund? Not sure why refund takes 3-5 days to get my money back Not sure when you pay in the store refund takes 5days

I had ordered a pizza yesterday and my son was eating it and bit into a blade and thankfully he spit it out. If that blade went in, it would've caused serious damage for child leading to death. I lodged a complaint to the health department and tried calling the store but the worker said she cannot call the owner or manager, I called 3 times and she hadn't called anyone. I don't know why there is no manager to handle the complaints or over see any issues along with making sure the job is being done safely. So far no one has responded. I need an answer.

I have lived in Ajax for 24 years, but I've never ordered this pizza before and I NEVER will again. Although this place have switched owners so many times, I did not expect such a rude delivery guy from "Skip the dishes". He was calling my phone number when he got here, but I did not answer the phone because I expected him to come to the door. I honestly did not see anything on the website saying that they were going to call.
The issue I had was his stinking attitude towards me and the way he spoke to me. He is very lucky I managed to hold back my anger. He was rude and disrespected me on my property. The store actually called me and they got a piece of my mind as well.
The pizza was actually good, but I will never support this business again. The driver for Skip the dishes turned around and raised his voice at me a second time. This is what happens when mass immigration ruins a country.

They use Saputo for the cheese which is a good brand and makes the pizza quite delicious. Only get fresh pizza from here, it's worth it!
