Customer service is bad I ordered 3 times on Uber eats they give me wrong order and when I called the manager was so rude that what r u looking for when I called to complain nicely that I got the order wrong.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Super disappointed. Not only a waste of money but a waste of time. If you have 50 minutes to spare to get one ice cream, this is the place for you. We waited about 15-20 just to place an order. On top of that. We waited another 30 minutes to actually get the ice cream! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not worth $10+. We wanted to walk out but wanted what we paid for. They need more staff to work behind the counter to get things moving, other wise you will have no customers .ice cream wasn’t even very tasty, very disappointed!

Love it! They have an amazing lineup of flavors to match both Indian and Western taste buds. The thrill of watching your ice cream created right in front of you with, and the delight of eating your favorite dessert curated just for you! Can't beat that feeling...l love it!
I would say quality is somewhat not good compared to last time visited. Taste bit different specially chikoo flavour.Service is not that great, it would be decent.

I have gone here since it opened and never had any issues until just recently. I’ve gotten the same thing since they opened… all year around. They must be under new management recently or have new staff because a lot has changed They apparently don’t carry any fruit in the winter. Last time I ordered ice cream with fresh strawberries on skip the dishes because they are still on their menu, they substituted the strawberries for boba (I HATE BOBA) with no note or phone call. Today I made sure to say no boba and received a phone call from such a rude employee who told me there was NO FRUIT she could substitute it with, rudely asked me what I wanted and literally just hung up on me. As someone who works in Customer Service I was in just shock. Horrible Customer Service.

I love Rollz Ice-Cream, this is my go to Durham Region Spot. The Lychee and Nutella Banana are my absolute favorite flavors! The customer service is amazing- the staffs are very friendly, polite and very helpful!Best place for your sweet tooth fix especially with the wide selection of toppings.

This place is a hidden gem. They have amazing varieties of rolled ice cream & faloodas. Rabri Falooda was my fav. The place was clean and the owners were welcoming. They also have waffles and everything is EGGFREE. Will be back soon.

We ordered milkshakes with badam pista kesar but there is no dryfruits into it.. just cold flavour milk served chilled.. will never go again.. charged $11 each for just flavour milk..
