I have been enjoying their amazing Sri Lankan style food for years. One of my favourites is the vegetable Samosas which we buy by the 100s . Remember to call ahead if you are buying in quantity for a party or something else.Just as good is the fusion chicken shawarma served on rice with garlic sauce…very yummy!!!Service is always very quick and pleasant.There is a small shelf where a few guests can enjoy their food but the majority of their business seems to be takeout…..I highly recommend Samosa Hut in Ajax.

They have excellent samosas. My personal favorite are the butter chicken and the spicy one. The Spicy one is too spicy, those who are not accustomed should stay away. Didnt like the jerk chicken ones but i have never tasted jerk Chicken so probably it is not for me. They are halal. I also like their masala tea, an excellent refreshing hot drink.
Great samosas from Samosa Hut. They serve great fusion food options as well. It's more like a take out spot, no dine in. I really like the jerk chicken samosas. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, especially those who are willing to try the many great flavours in their food.

The food quality is decent if not good however it's not great. The hot table style lends to some inconsistencies to the food. For the price you pay it's not a 5 star. Some samosas are cold some warm also on one occasion I ordered some of the hot table rice and meat combo for lunch and the meat was not hot..

Absolutely terrible service. Friday evening, I had to waited for someone to come from the kitchen to serve us which took a few minutes.After talking order in rude tone, she again disappeared back into the kitchen and we waited almost 15min. Change your staff and their attitude..bad customer service. Never come back

Saturday night - ordered 25 veggie samosasWe used to come here all the time but it's been a while. We were super disappointed this time around. The samosas were almost burnt on the outside and had zero flavour on the inside. I'm not sure if there's new ownership or it was just a bad batchThe price went up but the quality went downWe'll try a smaller batch next time and hope that this was just a one off
