I don’t know what happened but within the last 12 months the pizza has been worse. Undercooked and bad topping distribution.

Ordered a pizza and asked for a delivery 5min away from the store, got a cold pizza I have to put it back in the oven to warm it up. Paid for a cold pizza this is insane

Disgusted and disappointed in this location. Ordered a Bigfoot giant pizza with pepperoni. Told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. The pizza arrived 35 minutes later than said time. Called the store after an hour of waiting and we were told that the delivery driver was on their way. They didnt even check out order number or delivery address.... Still didnt come until 30 minutes after that phone call and we tried calling 4x and nobody would answer the phone. We live 5 minutes from this location and it somehow took them 1 hr 30 minutes to get here. Awful customer service. I would not recommend ordering from here and also will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Bigfoot giant pizza with only pepperoni. Told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour I called the store and was told driver was on the way. 35 minutes minutes later the driver arrived. I live less than 5 minutes from the store. Pizza was stone cold and the store would not answer my phone calls even after several attempts to contact them. This used to be a good place to order pizza but is now a pathetic excuse of a pizza place. Never order from this location if you actually want pizza.

Terrible pizza! Over salted, bread is gross, just all around bad; probably the worst I’ve had in a long time! It used to be half decent pizza years ago but I’m not sure what happened; maybe new owners and cheaper ingredients. I would avoid this place; plenty of better pizzerias in town.

Pizza was bad - I used to love their pizza. I ordered it about a month ago and it was poorly made. I wrote a review and after a month I decided to try one more time. NOPE still horrible!!! I don’t know if they change the recipe or what but the pizza is like cardboard. Should never have tried it a second time. Never again!!!

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had… not only was it over cooked you could probably get better pizza from the frozen isle at a grocery store. Literally next to no cheese on this pizza. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Ordered two bigfoots. Pizza didn’t look too good but figured we’d give it a chance, I and the 8 people I ordered pizza for were not happy at all with the quality of the pizza. Called them to resolve the issue and was told to bring it back for a refund. When I returned missing the slices the 9 people took to try the pizza, I was told they couldn’t issue me a refund because they didn’t have a pizza they could resell due to the missing slices. I left the rest of the pizza with them. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m pretty pissed with paying almost $100 delivered for 9 slices of pizza nobody liked.
