The worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. This location has the worst and rudest employees. Not just one employee but several. I go to Starbucks all the time and love going because they tend to hire the nicest and friendliest people. But this location is the exception. Will not be returning. I’d rather drive further to any other location. Avoid this place like the plague.

Zaki is an amazing barista, very helpful and friendly! I don’t normally go to Starbucks, so I had trouble deciding what to get. He did a great job taking the time to walk me through the menu and help me pick out a drink that I absolutely loved. I went with Apple chai and it was fantastic. Thank you Zaki!!

Barristas at Starbucks Kingston and Westney, Ajax are consistent in their high level of service. I am there maybe 5 times each week and rarely had an experience that I thought "yeah, could have DONE WITHOUT that encounter"

The workers are nice and the place is clean but the drinks suck. I got a matcha latte which I always get and it straight up tasted like water. So disappointing. Honestly I've just found that the Starbucks in the California the only good ones and now I only go to Starbucks when I'm in California.
My go-to for Iced Americanos. Staff is always friendly and smiling.

Quite a large starbucks and this one has a drive through.
Very clean and drinks were made very quickly. We were the only ones in the lineup inside but there was also a string of cars in the drive through lineup
Finished ordering and as we walked over, drinks were pretty much done. Impressed with the quick turnaround
Service wasn’t anything special as I didn’t interact much with them but once the drinks were done, they enthusiastically said have a great day and said it meaningfully too, which really makes a difference

This Starbucks store at Westney Road has a great location inside the Westney Heights Plaza that also has several other stores and banking centres.
It’s never too busy and has a nice relaxed environment with some good lounge seats that are quite comfortable.
