Ordered from UberEats. Received an empty cup with an apology on it. Never had this happen before, usually the restaurant calls and offers a replacement option. Instead, never notified and one person in our group received no drink after waiting for our order. Plus, now we have to wait for Uber to process a refund. No brain moment by the team here.

Overall the look and feel of the Starbucks is just like any other. But the service is TERRIBLE. The works are nice and all but they don't seem there's any urgency to getting the orders out. I order ahead of time and I'm STILL always waiting an additional 5+ minutes for my order.

One of the worst. Waited 10 min for an americano this morning and when I got it, it wasn’t made right. And to add insult to injury was $10.28 for an Americano and a slice of banana loaf!

I visit this Starbucks a few times a week, and it’s usually a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and get to know their regulars, which I really appreciate. The drinks are consistent, and my latte always tastes the same, no matter who’s working. Sometimes the line can get long during the morning rush, but they move fast and stay polite under pressure. The seating area is clean and has a nice mix of tables for studying or catching up with friends. A solid Starbucks location overall!

depends on who's working but half the time they do not shake the refreshers in the Shaker cup which results in a warm nasty refresher and the ice melts as u just make it in my cup and top it off with 5 ice cubes and the concentrates are not left in fridge so they are room temp hence why its made for u to shake said refresher in Shaker cup!!! I know its quicker but its not gonna be if u have to remake my drink anyway? Do it right the first place. Thanks !
