The slowest starbucks in the world. I order ahead, go to the store in 5-10 min and wait there for another 10 minutes although there's no one in line. They work at a solid rate of 1 drink per 3-5 min. I'd be 100% ok with that if the drinks were better (like a real perfect microfoam latte) but they're not. The same rushed slushy garbage only a lot slower. I've been getting my coffees here for 20 years. Whatever is going on lately is not ok.

This starbucks is very slow at getting getting orders together. I've even tried online order 10 min in advance and still ending up waiting 15min in store. Only after asking someone about my drink do they start it.... it lacks efficiency.

I’ve been coming here for a while and had a really great experience with the barista Ashley, she really cares about making the drinks just right and always recommends good stuff! Sad to see she’s gone but Logan is fantastic as well :)

My sister and I frequent this location for the convenience, but mainly, for the staff! They’re always so kind but we came in and our favourite barista Ash is gone :( Why?! She made this location amazing. We’re going to start making the trek to her new one just for her service…

Never had to wait so long at a Starbucks. Been waiting like 20 minutes for my coffee and counting. What are these people doing??
When I get drinks in the morning for me and my coworkers. There this taller girl with a pony tail and nose ring that I always have to ask to give me a tray when I have multiple drinks, and when I do she never inserts it in the tray for me. It's like 5th time she done this and it's like she lacks the common sense that I need a tray for multiple drinks and its common curtesy just to insert it in the tray for customers, but she will place all the drinks besides the tray instead like a dult.

been coming to this starbucks for awhile now and they are the only ones who are consistent and actually shake their refreshers in the shaker cup (other starbucks will just make it in the cup and top it off with 5 ice cubes making a watered down warm refresher) super nice staff, very welcoming!!

We ordered a coffee and a honey lemon citrus tea. We received the coffee within 5 minutes, but we waited 25 minutes for the tea, which never arrived. So, after 25 minutes, I asked for a refund. I told them it's not Right to wait 25 minutes for a Tea. The manager did not care and did not apologize, instead trying to blame me for the situation. One staff member even suggested I make my own coffee at home.
