Very long wait times. Only 1 person working 1 register meanwhile a group of people took around 10 minutes to order. Another employee should've started taking orders at the second register since there was 1 large group order that was taking awhile to even take their order Perhaps they were understaffed that day, but I don't think I've ever waited that long at a Starbucks that virtually had no line. If you're in a hurry wouldn't go to this location.

DON served us in the drive-thru, he was EXCELLENT! The most cheerful and delightful person to ever take my order in all order history, seriously. He definitely brightened up the evening. Why am I being made to give a tip in drive thru? I should not have to decline a tip just to pay when I am literally driving. I love Starbucks, but this tipping madness has to stop.

Heads up: I recommend going to this location through their drive thru or during the evening. It's a nice location and wait times are pretty solid. The closers at this location are the GOAT's I've never had a single bad experience with them and I usually order a lot when I visit. The drive-thru staff are sweet as well. I'm giving 3 stars since the morning staff today were pretty low energy and looked fed up. I understand the morning rush can be exhausting but, it didn't look too busy when I ordered. The cashier asked if I wanted anything else and didn't wait for me to answer? So, I felt bad and just proceeded to pay. The barista who handed off my final drink didn't call out my name. I ordered a frap and it didn't come with whip cream which, I find odd because I wasn't asked if I wanted whip or not? Which, they usually do. Also, one of the staff were using their phone?? It was the small things that gave me a negative experience this morning. Usually this location is on point so, I'm not sure if it's just the morning staff or today specifically.

Every time I order a caramel ribbon crunch from this location, it always has no crunch. If I wanted a caramel frappuccino, I would have ordered that! Today, I got a venti excited for the crunch, and there was none. I'm so disappointed. Thanks for another disappointing drink, Starbucks on Rossland, in ajax.
