they make good cold drinks, but the hot drinks made here are pretty disappointing. i ordered a cappuccino and the milk foam was very poor, staff here should learn how to properly steam milk. service was good.

We ordered a drink and my wife accidentally took someone else’s cup. We didn’t realize until we had already left the store, so we came back about 20 minutes later. We let the cashier know and even offered to pay for the mistake, but she was so polite and simply said, “That’s okay, you’re good.”
If she ever sees this, thank you for understanding and being so kind. Small gestures like this really make a difference. Great customer service!
