I'm 34 and have been going to Starbucks since I was 15. I agree that the quality of the experience has gone wayyyyyy down especially after covid. This location was by far the worst starbucks experience I ever had. The staff wasn't friendly...the whole place had a cold vibe careless vibe like the baristas didn't love what they do (lazy) and the staff was chit chatting and had attitude for noooo reason instead of focusing on the order. It took too long for it to arrive I actually had to sit and wait for it to finish when there was literally no on ahead of me in line. This is really sad because as an entrepreneur I'm always on the hunt for places to work from home from and just the atmosphere of this location was a buzkill. Back in my day starbucks used to be a hospitable and tasteful environment full of people that had ambition and class. It's not like that anymore it's starting to give "mcdonalds".

Great location to go do assignments, study or to have meetings. There are adequate seats for the location plus there is a drive through. I use the public transport and it’s easily accessible from the location. Oh, my drinks were great. Good experience, will be my new go to spot. ☺️

Could not hear the girl either over the mic or in person. Same girl did not know how to work the credit card machine. It took 3 tries to get an item for lunch that was actually in the store. But when it came, it was still not what I ordered.
