Apparently, they don’t even honour their own coupons unless you physically print it out on paper and bring it in as if it’s the year 2000… I’ve used coupons at this exact location multiple times where I can just scan the QR code because that’s what it’s there for and even have an actual coupon code but apparently this location needs you to find a printer and print it off the app. No point of even downloading the app or sending out virtual coupons Because according to these workers, it’s not valid when it fully says On the app to download and redeem on the subway app with the code.
They made something so simple very complicated, trash way to start off my morning.

Tables and chairs always dirty and sticky and staff never focus on hygiene and ladies toilet always out of service .

This place is disgusting. The tables are sticky. The floor is sticky. Doesn’t look like it’s been mopped or swept in six years and the bathroom is absolutely unbelievable reeks like urine missing a toilet lid just overall disgusting. Place should be shut down I’ll be complaining to head office

have the app found it a complete waste of time first ordered on line with the bgo coupon they got the order completely wrong,
Second went last night my wife likes the BLT so tried using the 25% off any footlong get to the counter sorry can not use that why? it says any foot long he said it does not cover the BLT because it is not listed as a sub OK screw you thanks and walked out
Came here to get an early lunch. Workers had the entrance to the bathrooms barricaded with chips but no closed sign. Asked the workers if I could use the washrooms to wash my hands before ordering and eating and he thought about it, asked the guy in the back and he said no, they were closed.
What kind of subway leaves its washrooms closed to the dining public.
Went to Tim Hortons next door washed my hands and ate lunch.
What a bunch of clowns running this subway! Don't recommend it.

Went in last night around 6-6:15pm. My husband said hi to the worker (an older white male, I think his name was John?) He looked up at us and said nothing. He then went and got another employee to help. While he was cashing me out he kept telling the uber eats notifications to "shut up". Also when my husband was getting his sandwich made, he asked for mayo. The man picked up the bottle and threw it to the back because it was empty. My husband said he never seems pleasant when he goes in. If you're working in a customer facing environment you can't act that way. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Terrible experience!! if I could, I would rate it negative. I went here with my family, including my toddler and my old mother. This was my first time at this subway location and I was the only customer. The server named Yash was rude and wasn’t ready to customize my sandwiches, which I believe is Subway’s USP. I was the only one at the store and he was slow and even when he started making my order, he spent 15 mins telling me something or the other cant be done. When asked for the manager’s number he was reluctant and kept giving excuses about people entering the store and he has to attend them. That led to waiting for another 10 mins. After multiple requests he gave the managers number on a piece of paper which when I called on, was a wrong number. Avoid this location at any cost.

This is the worst Subways I have ever been to in my life they can't even follow simple instructions on a salad. I have Celiac and I only ever come here for salads in the summer they did them amazingly and now they can't even follow instructions. I highly suggest if you want a salad do not go to the subways. I've been life disappointed now about three times for salads. I have no idea what they're like for Subs but I can guarantee you the salads they don't know how to make properly. I'm not someone who ever complains about somewhere but I also hope other people don't waste their money. I'm someone who likes full salads and I don't like to be disappointed I'm currently pregnant and out of going in somewhere and visibly being able to see how they make my food this is the most disappointing Subways I have ever been to. Go to any other Subways if you want a salad!!!!!!!!! I honestly hope this place shuts done or that they hire people who are ACTUALLY qualified!!!!

The tall white male person was very rude and disrespectful for customers and he need training how to do customer service. I never ever will go to this location until he works and I will pass this message to everyone I know don’t go to this place .Ser was horrible.
