This was honestly one of the worst Subway visits I’ve had. Even when I ordered a simple veggie sub, the staff did not change their gloves at all — not even after touching other items and the cash register. It was extremely unhygienic and careless. On top of that, the sandwich wasn’t made properly, and the overall service felt rushed and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

Order for delivery…was charged and never received food. Call the store…zero help. Call the store repeatedly fire 2 day- no answer…guess they have call display. Filed complaint online…no answer. Just wanted a refund….guess it worthbrippinv people have ff $27… just wanted my money back. Won’t return

Person working at night around 10:00 at friday night dont know how to male the sub seriously he didn’t warped well when i opened the sun it was like open sandwich all the veggies and sauce were out also didnt wrapped tightly… ruined our dinner as well as our mood….

My experience at this other Subway location was fine, nothing special. There wasn’t anyone at the store at that time. However, it was quite clean.
Just ordered a vegetarian footlong sub along with the newly introduced Nachos.
Usually, the person making the sub would ask for the bread preference but on this occasion, he didn’t and grabbed the bread that wasn’t my choice. I asked him to correct it. He seemed a bit inexperienced but that was okay.
The footlong nachos made by him wasn’t the same as shown on the restaurant’s advertisement banner which was unexpected. It was pretty average in appearance, taste and quality.
The footlong was good though!

The lady making the subs and rice bowls need to get rid of he attitude, I tipped just because the girl on cash was nice. Don’t go to this subway for food until they deal with their staff’s attitudes

Wanted to try new Nacho that is being advertised by Subway in the store. I was told that it wont come with any veggies because owner said do not put veggies as its expensive. Went to another subway and they happily served what was advertised.
Staff is rude and argues with customers. Doesn’t listen to your request of how you’d like your sandwich made and when you point it out you get told “I already started the sub” as if the expectation is that I must settle because of their mistake. We ended up walking out. Wont be back.

Whoever was working today this morning needs to learn some manners - there is a way to go about telling someone we don’t offer something anymore instead of gaslighting and telling the customer that they are the one lying. It’s subway - if you can’t customize/add toppings to your order then the hell you even doing. Ridiculous.

Ordered online early walked in to pick up and the young employee was sitting there texting while I waited. When he noticed me finnaly he asked how he could help I told him I was just picking up my online order and now I was told to wait to have the subs made. There's no one else in here but me. Would have been nice if he put his phone down and serviced customers 11:25 2/23

Apparently, they don’t even honour their own coupons unless you physically print it out on paper and bring it in as if it’s the year 2000… I’ve used coupons at this exact location multiple times where I can just scan the QR code because that’s what it’s there for and even have an actual coupon code but apparently this location needs you to find a printer and print it off the app. No point of even downloading the app or sending out virtual coupons Because according to these workers, it’s not valid when it fully says On the app to download and redeem on the subway app with the code.
They made something so simple very complicated, trash way to start off my morning.
