Went in last night around 6-6:15pm. My husband said hi to the worker (an older white male, I think his name was John?) He looked up at us and said nothing. He then went and got another employee to help. While he was cashing me out he kept telling the uber eats notifications to "shut up". Also when my husband was getting his sandwich made, he asked for mayo. The man picked up the bottle and threw it to the back because it was empty. My husband said he never seems pleasant when he goes in. If you're working in a customer facing environment you can't act that way. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Terrible experience!! if I could, I would rate it negative. I went here with my family, including my toddler and my old mother. This was my first time at this subway location and I was the only customer. The server named Yash was rude and wasn’t ready to customize my sandwiches, which I believe is Subway’s USP. I was the only one at the store and he was slow and even when he started making my order, he spent 15 mins telling me something or the other cant be done. When asked for the manager’s number he was reluctant and kept giving excuses about people entering the store and he has to attend them. That led to waiting for another 10 mins. After multiple requests he gave the managers number on a piece of paper which when I called on, was a wrong number. Avoid this location at any cost.

This is the worst Subways I have ever been to in my life they can't even follow simple instructions on a salad. I have Celiac and I only ever come here for salads in the summer they did them amazingly and now they can't even follow instructions. I highly suggest if you want a salad do not go to the subways. I've been life disappointed now about three times for salads. I have no idea what they're like for Subs but I can guarantee you the salads they don't know how to make properly. I'm not someone who ever complains about somewhere but I also hope other people don't waste their money. I'm someone who likes full salads and I don't like to be disappointed I'm currently pregnant and out of going in somewhere and visibly being able to see how they make my food this is the most disappointing Subways I have ever been to. Go to any other Subways if you want a salad!!!!!!!!! I honestly hope this place shuts done or that they hire people who are ACTUALLY qualified!!!!

The tall white male person was very rude and disrespectful for customers and he need training how to do customer service. I never ever will go to this location until he works and I will pass this message to everyone I know don’t go to this place .Ser was horrible.

Uterrly disgusting service, very small portion size forcing all customers to purchase double meat. Kept putting veggies on the sandwich that we didn't ask for. DO NOT buy from this location. Food left out very stale not fresh.

I placed an online order and had to send my father to pick it up. On my order I applied the 6 free cookies when you order two 12 inch footlongs. The guy working there said he can’t give the cookies because my dad didn’t have the app to scan. My father is senior and doesn’t know how to use an iphone and the employee would not give him the cookies or even document free cookies on the receipt. What is the point of applying a deal on the app if you can’t get the deal without having to scan on the app. Called the store, spoke to the employeeand still he refused to document my name to get the free cookies and basically said I can get the cookies as long as its on my rewards but yet that requires me to purchase two footlongs again. Horrible customer service and horrible phone app. You would think the employee would have the decency to apologize and just acknowledge the deal that I paid for in advance on their app. Also the rotisserie chicken in my sub was mushy and that was even more disappointing.

Went into the subway, asked about the deals on cookies. They two ladies in there gave me the run around saying that it will take about 20mins then that it’s actually going to take 30 plus minutes to make the cookies, I tell them I don’t mind waiting on them and they basically told me they didn’t want to make them. I have went into other subways and have asked if they could make more and had no issues.

The day late afternoon woman left the new guy alone while she kept running at the back kept saying I will be there , very unprofessional and weird . I showed the coupon to the guy he asked her she said he don’t have anything to do with it just gets scanned. When I went to pay she said that coupon cannot be used, well this is why I showed the. In the first place but she was too lazy to read it, Also the debit tap machine never worked for over a year , the talkative woman should fix it instead of talking over the food so much.

Great place to pickup some food quickly, ie fast food, how ever who said fast food can't be both tasty and healthy! The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store if you are ever need a quick and healthy bite and you value good friendly service.Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options. Absolutely enraged with this subway. This is the third time I have ordered on Uber and had my order cancelled by this location. Each time I’ve made sure to order at a decent time with an 1 1/2 or even 2 hours before closing. There’s an option to turn off your Uber eats if you’re no longer accepting orders. But each time our order goes through says the restaurant has received the order then 20 minutes later they cancel! Terrible service!
