Taking one star off because I paid extra for smashed avocados in my sandwich and they didn’t put any avocados in the sandwich. That’s ridiculous.

I wish I could give this location zero star.
I ordered two veggie subs online. But it only had some lettuce two pieces of tomato and two pieces of onion. No chipotle sauce or mayonnaise. Instead of Italian herb and cheese bread I got plain white bread. Worst location to go to. I called and talk to the girl named Navjot and she started making excuses that we are busy and ran out of veggies. She should’ve told me that we I went to pickup my order.

Worst customer service
I ordered a veggie sub. Arrived with next to no toppings whatsoever. Just delivered December 5th and 10:30pm on Uber. Covered in salt and I did not ask for salt. I could not even eat it. Missing most topping. Flattest sub. No one will even answer the phone. I would love to speak to someone since there’s no way salt put on my sub especially in this amount was not intentional. 3 tomatoes on the entire foot long. I’m mad mostly because I can’t eat one bite without tasting like I put a spoon of salt in my mouth.

I walked in to the store, to get my beloved Italian herbs and cheese bread. I tell the sandwich artist that I would like to have my Italian herbs and cheese bread and they say “I only have white and brown bread for you” and I’m like “okay” as I say that in defeat. Then I notice my beloved bread being store in the bottom of the bread box and I point it out to them. And they looked at me directly in the eye and said “it’s not for you” as apparently it’s reserved for online orders. I then looked her in the eyes and told them I’m going to order it online and they laughed. I gave zero tip as I did not receive my beloved Italian herbs and cheese bread. Subway change your policy.

Since the renovation recently (2024) the place isn't even safely lit anymore. Its so shadowy and creepy and uninviting. It looks like its closed, except the open sign is on. There's no way the young females who work there feel safe like that. $20 says the corporation is bowing to green energy cut backs at the cost of employee safety. Its that dark. Totally weird. There's more lighting in the alley around the corner. ??♂️

What even happened to this place? Just close it down land open something worth going to in my neighbourhood. This location already kinda sucked but now the people there have no idea how to do anything at all. Really tragic.

The front staff had no customer experience. Bread was a bit old.
Don't go here if want value for money.. very poor quality. Staff was like dumbest and had no knowledge how to process the order. Could not read even what has been ordered. Very very little topping and many topping were totally missed. No sauces ( we have one subway with less sauces opted when ordered online) at all for the subway we mentioned online..it had nothing just bread n very few veggies dry poor quality subway. Pls close this location if u can't manage the quality.

This is one of the worst places to order if you’re using Uber. After I placed my order of five subs, I had called the store and ask them to mark the subs, due to allergy issues with my kids. Not only did they not mark them, but they added additional toppings which weren’t included in my selection which my kids are allergic to. When I called the store, because clearly this was not an Uber problem they offered no help. Said they would call me back and no call back, no answer when I call back. Stay as far away as possible!! They clearly do not care about their customers. A lawsuit will soon be coming on them as my kid could’ve died if I didn’t open up the sub to see what was inside ?

So stingy with the toppings its crazy
I’ve been here several times due to proximity to home. Each time I vow it’s the last time. Service is slow & painful. They are super cheap with their toppings, they try to cheap out on everything. The owner, a man, sits and watches the girl or girls as they *slowly* do all the work. Customers are lined up waiting while one of his girls makes him a sub to eat - selfish & unacceptable. Bread is old, crumbly and stale & toppings are not good quality. Don’t even think about a meatball or pizza sub, you’ll be lucky for a teaspoon of sauce. All around this location should be avoided. Subway at the Brock Rd. Plaza in Pickering or the Harwood & Hwy 2 plaza are great.
