We ordered a Veggie Patty sub, and even though it was clearly a vegetarian order, the staff used a meat knife to prepare it. When we pointed it out, he just put the sub aside and moved on to another customer. After waiting patiently for about 15 minutes, when our turn came bac, he then told us there was only one patty left. We ended up leaving, such a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

TLDR: Avoid, miserable staff and store.

I received a sad excuse for a sub via uber eats and it seems its becoming a trend, I used to order from this subway frequently but started noticing quality issues;
-Not following requests and instructions
-Wrong toppings
-Not cut or toasted
-Horrible portions
-Poor assembly

I tried to call to express my displeasure but no answer.
It seems whoever was working as I'm writing this review could care less about quality of uber eats orders because the person ordering isn't there to hold them accountable.

Very disappointed and I bet you wouldn't make the 12 inch pile of garbage infront of me. Embarrassing

I walked in today to order a sub, waited in line for 5 minutes while the other 2 customers were sitting down. As soon as the person ahead of me was done one of the guys sitting down rushes up in front of me and the worker just starts taking his order. I look at them like “Uhhhhh I was here first” and they both start arguing with me about how the customer was there first and had been waiting. Wait in line like everybody else why do you get to sit while I stand in line like a normal person? You guys just lost a customer for that, why do we apply the rules for some but not others? Definitely not returning here again and will be letting others know about my experience.

Ordered twice asking for extra toasted called personally to ask again and same they don't toast it. Like I literally called and said toast it like till it's burned and they toast it on regular for 20 seconds. Would give this place 0 for failing to follow twice

Ordered for pick up but when I got it home it was not what we expected. The items were correct but the amount of each was deplorable! I ordered a cold cut salad., extra cold cuts, extra spinach, extra cucumber, green peppers and garlic aioli sauce. The 2nd salad was to have been a sweet chicken teriyaki extra chicken, extra spinach, tomatoes, rice and teriyaki sauce. There were about 12 leaves of wilted spinach on each, minimal cucumber, minimal tomatoes. The cold cut one had no sauce at all. The chicken one was mainly rice, a little chicken and tasted off. We didn't finish it. 35.00 of low quality food. Sad. Other Subways have been phenomenal. Won't be returning.

Went there today. The worker looked at my son and I as we walked in. He then continued rolling bread as we watched. He did not greet us or look at us again. He continued to roll his bread for a few minutes. We just left. Worst customer experience possible. Unreal
