Me and my coworker went today and the employee(man) told us that the POS is down, and told that it will take 25-30mins to work, and I ask if I can order online, he told me that he will not receive an order. So we decide to order in burger king beside them. Then after 5mins, there are 2 Indian customer came and order and he take their order. That employee is very rude and choosing his customer! We always eat here and we are very disappointed about this kind of attitude from your employee.

I ordered 6 subway bread was not good to hard to chew.not enough souce even i mention extra.never go again this subway. The guy who work there he put very less vegetarian.stay away

The girl working there gave me my food that i ordered online. It was not toasted, and did not have cheese which I had selected in my online order. When I asked her, she was rude and told i’m lying. I silently came back. this happened on Oct 10, 6:50 PM.

I went there for the first time. The guy with tattoos working the midnight shift was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He had no sense of customer service — didn’t even greet or smile. His attitude was terrible, and he didn’t let us use the washroom either.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Subway location. The employee working, whose name I later found out is Harminder, was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a Black customer, I was called names and subjected to racist remarks. He even told me “we don’t serve homeless,” simply because I was wearing pajamas and slides – despite the fact that I had my car keys in hand. This kind of discriminatory and disrespectful behavior should never be tolerated, especially in a business that serves the public. I have already reported this incident to Human Resources, but I wanted to make other customers aware of how I was treated

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. One of the employees made a completely unacceptable and racist comment towards me, calling me a “dirty redneck,” and then refused to serve me food. This is not only unprofessional but outright discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I hope Subway management takes this matter seriously — staff who behave like this should not be representing the brand.

Ensure to have employees who know how to scan coupons and know some maths. She also doesn’t know how to use the system and add the coupons we bring. She says take any bowl it is the same chicken and bills the highest price then why do you have different prices displayed of it is the same chicken and different sauces. Just made a purchase and was frustrated with the server’s knowledge!

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. During my first visit, I ordered and paid for a sandwich and began filling my personal water bottle with water from the drink fountain, just tap water, nothing else. An employee stopped me and insisted I needed to pay for the water, claiming I was stealing and that the water was “money.” Mind you, I wasn’t using any bottled water or taking soda, just using the soda fountain for plain water. Legit the same water we wash our hands with. Another customer in restaurant took notice and also began questioning the employees justification. The worker became increasingly disrespectful and rude before begrudgingly allowing me to continue filling my water. The last time I came I was told I was banned from the location. Apparently for trying to hydrate myself with tap water? Pardon me for trying to get a little tap water from a multi-billion dollar corporation. Completely unreasonable, rude, and stingy staff. Absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.
