There is literally nobody working here. I stood at the counter for about five minutes and called out twice if anyone was there. I never got a response. This is consistently the worst Subway location in Ajax.

It’s nice subway, with well maintained and clean space. The staffs are also polite and quick at the service.

Man people are harsh it’s a subway restaurant get your food and enjoy it.
Had a meatball sub which I decided to get for the first time in many years and it was fine but also had a churro with my order that came stale, rock hard and literally could have broken a tooth on, it tasted foul. Threw it out and won’t be back ever.

Earlier this week, I ordered a sub combo from this location, and as I was filling up the fountain drink I noticed 2 roaches running around the drain of the machine. I brought it to the employees attention and she was confused. Anyhow, I immediately returned what I purchased; no one can confirm if roaches were in and around the other food areas. If you see them out in the day, that means there potentially could be an infestation.
The employee was cursing to herself in her language after she did the refund. Terrible customer service.
For your own sake and safety you should all stay away from this location.
Avoid this location by all means.
The so called manager Kajal was disrespectful & provided very poor customer service. Argued and said go ahead to contact customer service

This place runs with only 1 person, people are waiting so long tend to walk out on a daily basis. The only reason I have to come to this location it is close to home. Owners needs to do something about this location

The last three times I have gone to this location after the gym, I have walked out with nothing. First visit, employee was in the bathroom (fair). Waited over 5 minutes and they still didn't come out. Second visit about a couple weeks later, the guy told me he had to "make sauce" and I'd have to wait 10 minutes so I walked out. 3rd time (a few weeks after that), he was in the back area and there was one customer waiting in front of me. I asked the customer if he had been waiting a long time and he said "very long." So again, I walked out an left. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life with the laziest staff. Please don't ever go here. All the reviews essentially state the same thing. Management won't do anything about it because based off reviews he's been there over a year. The fact that I even care enough to make a review, shows how bad the experiences have been.

The Lady was polite and respectful, but it appears as if she was making the sandwich for herself. Minimal toppings which means I had to ask double of everything including Lettuce and Spinach which I found to be ridiculous. The Sub toppings were not proportioned properly for a foot long sub. I felt cheated and will never return to this location. The Kingston Road Subway is beyond superior! Save your money and go elsewhere !

Walked in around 9 pm yesterday, asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki on foot long multigrain, employee barely put any chicken in the sub. He put 2 scoops barely picking up any chicken . Didn’t give me a sandwich bag either when I left. I just ended up eating it inside. I said bye when I left , employee just stared at me saying nothing in return. Don’t go to this location subway!

I walk in at 8:55pm tonight, the worker is standing there talking on his AirPods, having a full conversation. After about two minutes he finally acknowledged me. Won’t be coming back to a place that clearly doesn’t put the customer first.

*CUSTOMERS BEWARE* I caught the lady working the counter accepting cash payments from other people while wearing her plastic gloves. Immediately after handling cash, she proceeded to dress my sub with THE SAME GLOVES she was touching the cash with. Disgusting! Needless to say, I called her out and demanded she change her gloves before touching my food.
I will not be ordering food from this location ever again as it is obvious safe and sanitary food practices are not enforced or practiced at this Subway location.

if i could give the service 0 stars i would. that overweight lazy man yall got working there should be fired. came in about 10 minutes before closing time due to the sign being on saying its open and the worker told me theyre closed and said that he was in the back which is why he never turned off the sign. unacceptable and clearly this is a continous thing with this same worker.
