You should be quick, you make wait delivery drivers but you are giving priority to customers, as a delivery drivers we also representative of customer you are not considering our waiting time

Employees being lazy when we wanted to dine-in at 8:30 pm. It clearly stated it is open till 10 pm

I ordered a sandwich through the app, but the store didn’t receive it on their end. The worker had to call the manager, who then told them to make it after I showed proof of my order via the app and email. This hasn’t happened to me before.
The reviews for this place DO NOT reflect the service and food quality. It’s amazing and the staff are wonderful.
I got the steak n cheese on a cheese bread foot long. The bread is so hard and crusty. You can’t eat this terrible. How can someone sell this bread it’s garbage first and last time at this location.

Terrible quality control with food. I’d avoid if you can.
Staff sits on the chairs and talks on the phone on their break, it makes us feel uncomfortable to sit and eat.
Subway has gone down hill. Food LITERALLT tastes unfresh and the they have 1 employee working and your order takes like 20 minutes to prep due to lunch time rush.
While i was making my order i saw a few roaches running across the wall, i said forget it and left.
I’ve never been so disappointed and upset with customer service. We were in there not 10 minutes ago and the worker was rude to an elder lady he was serving in front of us. Once she left he didn’t acknowledge us before going to the back for a few minutes to grab more produce. Once he was back WE had to say hello and ask if we could order he just gave us a nod and continued looking down at the tomatoes earphones in ear not looking or speaking to us. We waited a few minutes after asking for a sandwich to which we got no reply. We walked out and he just stared at us as we walked away. Customer service sucks and should be retrained or hire someone new.
