Potatoes are disgusting. Why not deep fry? They were already cold by the time it was on the hot place and onto my table. I would give this place a one star if it wasn’t for our great server.

Went this morning at 11 am… got coffee at 11:15… 6 tables were already seated… food finally came at 12… rock hard toast, miserable female and male servers especially the male. Zero customer service skills.

This is not on the waiter .. he was great. I waited 40 minutes for an omelet and eggs Benny. Omelet was way over cooked .. eggs should never be brown. Cook could be heard to argue with the waiter when he asked for a simple change that wasn't on the ticket. 60 bucks for breakfast is insane, especially when it's not cooked properly or takes 40 minutes

Our go to place for Sunday breakfast with the pals. Most of the servers are great. Usually attentive with returning for coffee refills. Eggs are always cooked well, and the pancakes are fluffy. The taters are sometimes a hit & miss. There are times they could have stayed on the grill a bit longer to crisp them up.

Drove from Whitby to come to this location. Whenever Shankar is working in the kitchen and Brenden is waiting it’s such an amazing experience. The food is done perfectly. And we don’t have to wait long, no matter how busy they are. I love this location over the ones in Whitby.

I like sunset grill franchise but stopped coming here to this location because they have horrible home fries. They have zero flavour. These potatoes are never good as I have given them many tries. They either come to table as if they had been sitting out to long and taste stale, dried out dehydrated and freezing or fully undercooked. You are guaranteed to get one or all the above every single time.
Placed an order with this location on Uber eats, the restaurant accepted the order and I waited as I got updates that my order was ready for pick up, 2 different drivers cancelled after arriving at the restaurant so I called the third driver to see what was happening at the restaurant. Turns out the restaurant was closed and when I checked online it says it had closed before I placed my order. I have worked fast food before so I know how Uber works and that the order has to be accepted in store. Very frustrating that someone had accepted the order then closed up. Will not be ordering or dining in at this location any longer.
